The worse moving company ever!!!, they're liars and thieves . They broke my 65 inch smart tv and lied about it and didn't want to pay back for it . The mover kept denying that it was them , but no one touched the tv but them and they wrapped the tv in a thin sheet , yes a thin sheet to wrap a tv for moving . How smart of them , now my baby have no tv to watch and I'm a single mother trying to make ends meet and can't afford to get another tv . This company is absolutely horrible. They are unprofessional, dishonest and rude. First I was charged one price which was later raised because of a chair, a light rolling chair. Secondly the guy was inappropriate and tried making advance and then they have no proper experience. I bought bubble wrap which he refused to use because he said he was an expert, he wrapped my TVs in a cardboard box which resulted in my sisters 65 inch TV being broken, completely shattered and blacked out I discovered after checking it at my storage. My sister and I have both called respectfully and was told that myself, my sister and everyone we suggested who had their items damaged are liars. Before knowing he damaged my TV I suggested him to some male friends and he broke their TVs also and denied responsibility. one was a 85 inch which the owner had to replace then my other friend they literally tore a made on camera off and tried to act clueless to the damage. Where do I begin??? it was a horrible experience my move. My move took place in June of 2017 and it was such an horrific experience that only now I find the energy to talk about it. It all started with the day they visited my home to give me the quote and I asked if they accepted credit cards for the move and I was told YES! I chose them because I had used them once before and it had been not a bad experience. The day of the move they were suppose to arrive in the morning and after several calls back and forward they finally arrive in the middle of the afternoon. shortly after they arrived even though they had seen everything they were moving before the day of the move they wanted more money and after i said no they said ok and started to load the truck. At one point the truck was full and they told me that is they were taking and they were going to have to charge me for coming back next day for the rest of the stuff. I said absolutely not as they knew before hand what they were suppose to move. i proceeded to tell the guy in charge that there was no more money and that they had to honor their quote... his reply was that if I wanted he could do the whole move for free. That is where i made the fatal mistake and should have told them to empty the truck and get someone else to do the move.! I did not I just wanted it to be all over and chose to accept that they would come back the next day to take what did not fit in the truck because when I got angry they said they would do it free of charge. One they got to the house he asked me for cash before he unloaded the van an then i reminded him that he had told me he accepted credit cards . He then tells me that his office was closed and he now needed cash. Had they show up on time the bank would have been open and there would be no problem.... he proceeded to lock the truck back up and said he would come back tomorrow when I would have the cash to pay him!!! I called the police and even though it told them the mover had told me he accepted credit cards they tell me he had the right to take back my stuff until the next day because he denied everything he had told me. These people are liars and dangerous and most of all disrespectful of myself and my fiancee. The next day when they came back and opened the truck everything look turned over and it looked like have of the stuff was damaged. things were broken , furniture scratched and some ruined by bumped corners. Horrible , it was a nightmare. i had to pay them if I wanted them to unload the truck and wanted my things and had no recourse for anything they broke and damaged. Please stay away from them.... do not let my nightmare be yours. It still bothers me today the horrible experience ... Also, please always remember to get everything in writing before hand, I did not and looked what happened to me. These people should not be in the business of moving. I had no problems with them moving my things. They came to the storage unit, packed the items in the truck, came to my house, and unloaded everything. Took them maybe a total of 2 hours. They 2 guys were pleasant and the price that was quoted stayed within a reasonable range. I'd use them again if I need to move. read more

Do not use this company! Was recommended by another moving company. These guys arrived late, the boss/crew lead asked us for money to fill up gas, price gauged us. Just like the first review for this business posted, they also said they'd "take care of us" before even hearing us out on what inventory we had and requirements, etc., came (late) and charged us double. This is the most unprofessional moving company I have ever made business with! I'm in shock and still in disbelief with what this people did to me. I spoke with Mr. Charlie ( as he calls himself) last week and asked him how much would he charge me for moving my furniture from my apartment in Pembroke Pines to my new house only two miles away. The furniture consist of my living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms plus boxes. i was going to take care of all of the small items. He said it would cost $350.00. I called him on Sunday to confirm and he told me he could do it at 12:00 Noon. NOt only did he showed up late, but when he showed up with 2 other guys, they started fighting with him. He went into my apartment, walked out, spoke to the guys and then he told me he could not move me unless I paid him $1100.00!!!! I explained to him I had packed everything already, all he needed to do was wrap my china cabinet and my dresser. Everything else had been professionally wrapped and packed. Everything was boxed up! He said it was too much and he couldnt do it for less. I tried to negotiate with him because I didn't have any more money! I'm disabled and retired from the PG County Police Department and I live from paycheck to paycheck. I told him I could not pay him move than $500 and he said he would lower it to $950.00! I said I'm sorry, but i did not have that amount of money. He walked away and left. This is appalling and a lack of respect towards a person that was trying to work in good faith. This people tried to rip me off and I know, because I've moved before and I've never been charged that amount of money. I lost the entire day waiting on them, and I had to wait another day while I found another moving company that charged me a much better price. I will never recommend this company!!!! read more

Great moving company. First time I called to inquire, they answered me right away and quoted me way better than any other company I had called prior. They were able to get my furniture moved the same day I called. They are fast and do great work. They dissembled my bedroom and reassembled it for a great price. I will definitely be calling them again for all future moves. They had great attitudes which was a plus. read more

Bad unprofessional company. I called 3-4 weeks on advance to avoid issues the day of moving. Twice the owner confirmed the quote he gave me. The day of the moving he double the quote, immediately becoming more expensive than other companies. After talking for a while, I had to paid more than initially quoted. I gave them the addresses, in order to push for more money they started to complain of distance and the building floor level. As I didn't give them all the demands they got upset and not professional. They didn't take other than cash and never send me the receipt I requested. Finally, once I started unpacking I realized they scratched my TV, furniture, book shelf, bench. Called them and said they were going to repair things or give me money for these repairs. Haven't heard back. Avoid at all means this company, what you save is not worthwhile the headache and damage to your property. read more

They will quote you a price on the phone (I was super specific on what I had to move - no furniture, just boxes filling a 15 ft. truck) and when they showed up they doubled the price! Since it was 5 PM and I had turned down other moving companies and had to return the U-Haul truck, within the hour I had to take it. They were available at the last minute and the owner quoted a low price. However, the moving crew asked for extra money to set up beds. They had dirty hands when setting up light colored furniture. A piece of glass furniture (waterfall table) was broken in the move and the moving crew did not take responsibility. This company was recommended my the storage facility I decided to use. Not only were they careless with my things.... they broke the ONLY piece of furniture I had them move..... the rest of my things were already packed and ready to go and they still took longer than I think it would have taken me and a friend to make trips in my SUV. To top it off they also had 5 men (3 of which basically either got in the way or just say there on their phones) Once unloading my boxes and everything else they would just throw pieces on top of the boxes if there wasn't enough room to stack in nicely on top of something.... so my christmas tree got thrown/ornaments that were in a bag.... a car seat.... to name a few. He quoted me one thing in the beginning and then changed it when he pulled up by $100(after i sent him detailed photos about what was being moved where).... after being an hour late. THEN at the end only took cash. It ended up being more of a headache and frustration than I ever imagined and they were not organized they were late/unprofessional.
