The bar itself is unpretentious and welcomes everyone. While I was dining at the bar, the rest of the diners were a widely diverse mixture. Witnessing such a vast mixture of people, adds a positive twist to the vibe of the bar. The menu is simple. They focus on what they do best and that's why their smash burger is one of the best. Being a firecracker myself, I ordered the Firecracker Smashburger. It's a single patty, with Pepper Jack Cheese, Tomato-Onion-Jalapeno Relish, Drizzled with a Tangy Fire Ranch and served on a Martin's Potato Roll. The burger was juicy and had those crispy edges that a smash burger is known for. My favorite cheese is Pepper Jack, so that was a big plus for me. The relish added that extra kick that made it a true, Firecracker. I can't enjoy a burger without fries and Jack offers long skinny fries. They had a crispy shell and a soft hot inside. They were simply seasoned with just the right amount of salt. I was impressed that the ketchup was 100% Natural. That gets a big thumbs up. When enjoying a burger and fries, a nice cold beer is always the adult beverage of choice. JN offers a small variety of craft beers on draft and three popular Anheuser-Busch products. I enjoyed a Gumballhead from 3 Floyds Brewing. An American Pale Wheat is a perfect lunchtime beer. The bartenders are personable and offer warm service. I'm definitely coming back the next time I crave a smashburger.

Coming to this Columbia, Illinois hot spot and enjoying the atmosphere you can see why. Be prepared to seeing it totally packed on the weekends. I wanted to see the two bartenders I personally consider the stars of the venue Abigail and Kassidy. As beautiful and talented as you obviously see they are it's their guest service and personalities win the day. Two sweeter and more genuine individuals I challenge you to find anywhere. I'm going to be 100% honest I actually do get nervous coming into see them. It's hard to imagine seeing two angels on Earth. All the girls rock and provide premier service. I lived in St Louis for 14 years and I must say this would definitely be my spot if I still lived in the area. With Abigail and Kassidy it's like coming back and seeing friends I've known. I get that impression it's their style with all guest. I travel the country and these two are my two favorites anywhere. I'd highly recommend if you're a first timer you request them. They're hard working and get their business done. And tip the well!!! They deserve it. Thank you. Michael J Beal Clearwater, Florida.

We found a table, the Guy from the bar bought us two waters and said the ladies would be over to help us . 15 minutes in neither one of the ladies working the floor never came to assist us however the same lady walked past us three times to serve the table beside us, but never acknowledged us. The third time we decided to leave due to poor customer service. On our way out Terrence, who was at the door, stopped us and ask why we leaving. We told him the customer service was no-existing. He apologized multiple times and encouraged us to stay. Thanks to Terrence we stayed, the food was good. The service from the girls working the not so much. I would recommend this place because the food was pretty good but to the girls working in the bar and floor you should treat customers the way you want to be treated and the way you would want your family members to be treated. Thanks again Terrence, the guy who brought us our food and the other guys working at Duke's. Thanks again Terrace for your hospitality!

There are a lot of drink options. The wine was not great but my boyfriend enjoyed the hard seltzers and we both enjoyed mixed drinks with Tito's and Deep Eddy's vodka. The people watching was very good. The live music was loud with room for dancing. I think if you came here to watch a baseball game on the big screens it would be a lot of fun.
