Highly recommended if you want to try before you buy.

I was put in the correct shell for my feet and they did the magic liner thing. Zero need to punch out the shell. I have a few days in my new ski boots. No more pain or problems from day one. What a difference. I can keep my boots on during lunch, no issues. It was expensive no doubt. But worth it for me. I will be keeping these boots for a very, very long time.
