Let's start with the good. I spilled some smelly food on my passenger car seat on Friday night and contacted several businesses to get a quote. Frank was one of the first to respond, offered a fair price, and was available to come out the next morning to help clean my car. He was prompt, professional, and seemed to do a decent job. I tipped him for the service and let the car dry out with the windows down for the next few days, as directed A few days later when the car had dried out, I noticed the smell had improved, but was still present. I contacted Frank asking nicely if he would be able to come back and do a second round of cleaning, stating that I understood that this was just a particularly stubborn food spill and offered to pay him again for his time (I also left it open ended so he could name an appropriate price). This received no response. I followed up again, again to no response. I was turned off by this lapse in communication and went on to seek another company to help do further cleaning - which they did two more times, and with prompt and clear communication. Overall, I give this guy credit for doing a decent job the first time around, but all subsequent interactions pointed to a disregard for customer retention

I usually spend $15+ to do my own scrubbing and vacuum at a creepy stall so this was kinda cool upgrade. The membership fee is honestly not bad if you want to look more civilized in LA.

As you drive in, I've notice that the drop down scrubbers really gave my car a good scrub! Soap and bubbles all over my car, just went she needs it most, mind you this is all from the bronze option! At the end of the wash, the dryers were BLOWs! Just what she needed to dry off, just like how I blow dry my hair after my shower haha. Today I paid for the deluxe wash, which is supposed to include an undercarriage wash and clear coat wax through the machine. When I arrived, I noticed there was a line due to maintenance. (Employees were on ladders working on hoses near the wash tunnel.) No problem, I figured things might just be a bit slower. But then I watched what actually happened to my car. Instead of going through the machine, my car was pulled off to the side where an employee hosed it down using a regular hose with their thumb over the nozzle. That's nowhere near the pressure needed to properly remove dirt and debris. As someone who knows a bit about car care, this immediately raised a red flag. Improper rinsing can leave particles behind that can scratch the paint when using a mitt. Sure enough, the employee went straight into hand washing with a mitt, then rinsed it again with the same low-pressure hose. I assumed this was just a pre-rinse before sending it through the machine... but it never went through at all. Instead, it was pulled around the side directly to the drying area. So I paid for a deluxe wash that includes machine services... and never received them. That's not just cutting corners, that's charging for services not rendered. On top of that, I'm concerned this process may have caused damage to my car's paint. It's a brand new vehicle with just over 1,000 miles, so naturally I'm extra cautious about how it's handled. What's frustrating is that this place has built trust with me over the years, and this felt like a clear break from that standard. Whether it was due to the maintenance situation or not, customers should be informed and given the option, not quietly downgraded while still being charged full price. In the end, it wasn't about the $40. It was about the principle. I didn't make a scene or ask for a refund at the time, but I am leaving this review because it genuinely bothered me. Unfortunately, I'll be looking for a new place moving forward.
