I've been Dr. Gensler's patient for 7+ years, and he is the very best doctor I've ever been to. He's compassionate, listens to his patients and is incredibly knowledgeable. Unlike most doctors, he does not rely solely on labs, but instead actually listens to his patients. His resume is very impressive (he even has a master's in public health, on top of his medical degrees, because he wants to be part of the solution to the healthcare system), but what's amazing is he has no ego! He's totally down to Earth and talks to his patients human-to-human. In fact, the last time I was there, Stephanie was helping another patient, but they didn't want me to wait, so Dr. Gensler came to the lobby to get me himself. If I ever email him with a question, he responds within hours, often at night and outside of normal business hours. Plus, Stephanie is wonderful. They are the very best care team possible. She, too, is down to Earth and personable. She also is incredibly fast and responsive. Whenever I email with a question or request, she gets back to me within hours. They are willing to go above and beyond to not only make sure I get great care, but also to do all they can to make living with an autoimmune disease as easy as possible. If you must see a rheumatologist, there is no better option than Dr. Gensler.
