The Bank Employee told me she had to go pick up her kid and I should come back next week some time. !!! WTF !! She had other appointments now and did not care that she had wasted my time and my husband's time. Her life was more important and the Customers after me should not have to wait just because the Bank Made an Error!. So I was expected to leave and come back another time!. After having already taken care to send them all the info they needed 2 weeks ago. Chase Bank Clearly has no clue how to deal with a Trust Account or customers. IF you are a person in need of a bank that cares about people and how to treat them and their time do not go to Chase. This Branch in Brookings Oregon is a joke and the employees all need to be Retrained or let go at best. And while you're standing there waiting all of the side offices have employees including the manager and not one will jump up and help the customers. Again I asked for nonprofit information and was told pretty they dont give that. She doesnt know the APY for her bank for nonprofits and I know it varies from personal checking and banking accounts. This is Ludi crest to me when all over social media including Forbes to do this to make sure your making the right choice, loc al banking staff is A) Knowledgeable of nonprofits, B)relations are adequate for your organization and C) Repour is to standards.
