Scheduling hotels, transportation etc. Upon arrival back to port on Sunday Michelle was already contacting us to let us know that our flight back to Philly that day was cancelled. She made the reservations for us at a Miami hotel Sunday night and got us a flight the next day. This is my 3rd time working with Michelle and she always comes through in a pinch. Now as far as the cruise. I was not a big fan of Norwegian. We picked the cruise so this is not at all a criticism of Outfitters! We paid for the unlimited drink package but in Norway water must not be a drink! Bottled water was a charge. Some alcoholic drinks required an up charge. even a milk shake required an up charge. So no more Norwegian for me! I gave a 5 Star due to the excellent job by Michelle. If i rated Norwegian it would only be 1 star
