Definitely do not understand the negative reviews. I've had numerous things that required altering, to include jeans to a matron of honor gown. I thought that I could just tell them "take 2" off the length of the gown" but they wanted me to bring my shoes in. I brought my shoes in, put the gown on, and the gentleman painstakingly pinned my double-layer gown, and altered it within a very reasonable timeline. It was perfection. Long story short - took in military uniform 1 week before a friend's retirement ceremony. Picked it up the day before, removed plastic and installed devices....after a few moments - realized uniform stunk - like fermented wear. Immediately removed all devices, laundered in home machine since polyester and was good to go. Based on other reviews about management, not wasting 1 moment to argue with manager to return $5.50. Didn't even want to waste my time on this review - but hopefully it saves someone else....I am 100% certain they did not clean it (not 99%, 100%) - simply bagged and returned. I sent my husband to them on 2/12/2024, with a custom made jean jacket that had a design of different colored paint all over it, with EXPLICIT instructions to ask if they could clean the jacket without taking the paint off the jacket. Specifically the Caucasian guy at the front counter told my husband YES, they could clean it without the paint coming off. Otherwise, he would not have let them have my jacket. He went back to pick up the coat today and ALLLLLL of the custom paint is OFF, the jacket!!! THEY RUINED MY JACKET.... TOTALLY RUINED IT. The guy who took the coat and said he could do the job, is now LYING, trying to say, he was never told by my husband, not to take the paint off. TOTAL LIE! My Husband would have NEVER left the coat with them if he knew they could not perform the job correctly, because he knows the value of the coat AND I gave specific instructions to him right before he left to take it to the cleaners. Looking at the jacket, it was CLEAR that the paint on the coat was a design. As a professional cleaners, why would you think it was okay to strip the design from the jacket, and WHY wouldn't you tell the customer that there is a risk of it being ruined, BEFORE you agree to clean it. THATS WHY WE KNOW THE GUY IS LYING TRYING TO COVER HIS ASS. This is NOT the end of this. I am suing this company, for ruining my jacket. I have used different Dry cleaners for years and years since my husband needs a clean shirt ( and a tie) every day. I take to dry cleaner all my jackets, pants and not once I got back something I was not happy about. Every time everything is quickly and beautifully done. Every time they are polite and nice to the customers which is not everywhere during this covid time. I am suggesting this Dry Clean since this is definitely the best so far. read more

Very disappointed. They ruined my winter coat and took no responsibility at all. I will never go there again. They melted most of the trim on my expensive coat and told me to contact the manufacturer because it was their fault for mislabeling the coat as dry clean only. All winter coats made of wool/acrylic blends are dry clean only! I have had my coat cleaned elsewhere, prior to this, without any problems. Been a very loyal customer for years. Given them an extensive amount of business. When I had my first problem with shirts that came out of their process unpressed, I took them back to have them pressed and they told me it was my fault and they refused to do it. After an extensive argument and much frustration they only angrily agreed to press half the shirts. They told me the other incredibly wrinkled shirts were fine. Needless to say, They've lost my business forever. Shame on them! Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. read more

Poor service. They will ruin your clothes and charge you for services they don't provide. We paid for pressed pants that were not pressed. They stained several shirts and blamed us, not to mention the long black hairs on our supposedly cleaned clothing and there's not a person in our house with long black hair. read more

To make a long story short, they pressed all of the pleats out of my dress. The owner himself is the only person with the ability to deal with problems, and he's only in the shop until 3 pm on weekdays. He doesn't actually deal with problems, though. He refused to even acknowledge the possibility that they had pressed out the pleats, which was ludicrous, because the pleats weren't pressed out of the top third of the dress. His English got progressively worse as we "discussed" this. I got a refund for the cost of the dry cleaning, but was not compensated for the dress. Go here if you have to, but they have nothing special to offer, and you're screwed when they screw up. read more

Not a problem in the world. Approached them in need of alterations. Explained that I needed 4 shirts altered for the following evening, and while I'm sure they didn't appreciate the rush they accepted the work. My shirts were done early the following day and the work is perfect. Didn't charge a rush fee, prices are reasonable, and they are awesome to deal with. read more

First mistake: Brought a single necktie here to have a fresh lunch stain removed. Second mistake: Two days later I returned. Tie was on a hanger; pressed; wrapped in plastic. Paid their $3.00 and left without examining results on the premises. Shame on me. Once I got home is when I unwrapped and looked at the tie. Yep - the stain was gone but so was the stained fabric! I now had a frayed hole in my tie from a chemical burn or overzealous rubbing. You'd think maybe that should have been pointed out to me? Oops, sir. We need to show you..... DO NOT USE for tailoring. I needed a few pairs of pants hemmed. This should be simplest tailoring job there is. When I brought the pants in, they simply asked "how long?" I asked if I should try them on, or if they should take measurements. Nope. They just asked how long, so I told them my typical in-seam length. When I picked them up, every single one was too long. The man who originally took my order was there, and did not have an apologetic attitude when I told him that all three pairs had to be re-done. He STILL did not take measurements, so I had to estimate 1" shorter. He then stated that they weren't responsible if the redo wasn't correct. Picked them up again today. Still too long. A complete waste of $35. Maybe they're fine for dry cleaning, etc. But their handling of my experience was so unacceptable that I can't see using them again in the future. read more

My daughter has been chosen to be a bridesmaid in my son's wedding to take place in less than a week. After picking up her dress from the seamstress, I noticed at least two noticeable stains on the front of it. I was sick. I thought the dress was ruined. My only option was to take a chance and have it dry cleaned and hope that they could remove the spots. The owner couldn't guarantee total removal, but said he would do the best he could.
