Please update your door decal because clearly none of the times match what's actually happening…read more The door says last wash is 8:30 PM. The automated phone message says last wash is 9 PM. Yet when I showed up at 8:10 PM, I was told the last wash was actually 7:30 PM. Then when I pointed out that the door says you close at 10 PM, I was told that's just how late the attendant stays "in case someone forgets something." So the posted hours apparently don't mean anything. I was also told that after 7:30 PM customers are only allowed to wash one load OR dry one load... which makes absolutely no sense. If the real rules are different from what's posted everywhere, maybe start by fixing the signage so customers aren't wasting their time showing up based on incorrect information.

But I just had a situation where after several months; I realized one of my shirts and blue silk tie was not in my closet. I'd spaced it; as I said it's been several months. Went in there with my receipt and told them I'd completely forgotten to pick my shirt and tie up. And I was yelled at by the woman there "You pick up, you already pick up!" I hadn't already picked my stuff up; I don't have that much stuff and this shirt and tie are not in my closet. If she'd just said "I'm sorry sir we give stuff to the needy when it's been over x days" I'd have been cool; I mean what else would one id in that situation? But this woman's attitude is completely unacceptable. Come to find out; they're not even listed on Google anymore. Gee, I wonder why? I'll never be going here again.
