Unfortunately, my second experience with the exact same item was disappointing. When I picked up my comforter, I noticed small specks of lint scattered across it. I brought this to the manager's attention, and while she insisted she personally handled my item and attempted to remove the lint, that explanation didn't align with the final result. If the issue couldn't be resolved, I should have been notified before leaving--not after I had to point it out myself. I did receive a refund, which I appreciate, but I genuinely wanted this to work. It seemed like the manager had already made up her mind that nothing further could be done, and there was no real effort to try to resolve the issue. At that point, I simply asked for my item back so I could take it somewhere that handles items with more care and attention to detail. It honestly made me question whether my comforter was mixed in with others during the process, especially since I take great care in maintaining it, including regularly steam disinfecting it at home. What was also frustrating was that instead of focusing on my concern, the manager began explaining how other customers' items can come in, as if I was expected to sympathize. My only concern was the condition of my item. Based on this experience, I would recommend keeping it simple here--stick to everyday dry cleaning.
