I told him and asked him to come back and complete the job and he said it's normal for the weeds to come back and that a lot of his customers have him weed on a monthly basis... maybe a weed here or there, but I paid well for weeding and mulching to eradicate weeds and this was not our arrangement. Did not seem to understand that to keep weeds from growing back, he should have put down weed mat or sprayed - he did not do either and did not raise either as 'extra'. So, $300 for these areas and 2 weeks later it looks like my yard bed is heading back to where we started. Spraying here and there is reasonable as a homeowner, but as a landscaping company, I expected better service and more knowledge. He told me he did his job well and isn't coming back. I wanted to give a chance for someone to come back and correct, but he said no, so I want to leave an honest review for other yelp users looking for a similar project.

It was also located at the top of a bank that leads down to a creek, so the location was tricky. We obtained four estimates before starting our project. Caliber exceeded the other tree companies in every way. Their proposal was professional, specific, and detailed, and they provided information about their licensing and insurance. Both Tim and Julian were very responsive to questions. We had some limitations about where they could go on the property with the heavy equipment, because of the location of our septic field. They put down mats and did their best to minimize the impact of their work on the yard. They used two crews so there were eight men working at once, but they coordinated their efforts so well, and every person was friendly and helpful. They chipped branches and hauled away all the huge trunk sections. I would recommend them very highly for more complicated jobs.

I submitted their request/payment form (via their website) Sunday night and they picked up our leaves before 1pm the next day! We didn't have to bag up the leaves, but still did need to put in the work to move from our back and front yards to the curb. $65 minimum, and that's what we were charged for our INSANE tower of leaves! We were desperate to find a cleaning company to come out and clean our empty house prior to moving…read morein. We were out of state military on our way and wanted our house clean when we arrived. Frank was very nice over the phone and offered to see if he could have someone come in the next day to help us out. I was very thankful. We have a 1,500 square foot house. We asked to have them be sure to do the kitchen and our two bathrooms. We put a time limit on it of 6 hours and we were expecting to have most of the house cleaned as it was empty. They were unable to fully clean the kitchen and/or bathrooms in the 6 hours. If 3 hours were spent in the kitchen and let's say 1.5 hours in each bathroom then I expect them to be immaculate! This was not the case. The lazy Susans and the drawers were still dirty as well as the floor. The refrigerator and oven seem to have been cleaned but that looked like it. In the bath the tile was still dirty on the floor and my husband had to pull a huge amount of hair out of the tub drain. When we contacted Frank he said it all didn't get done because we put a time limit on them. I just don't understand what they spent 6 hours on? We definitely didn't feel like we received $330 worth of cleaning. I'll add pictures of the bathrooms and kitchen for size reference as well as pictures of what we found. (I'll spare readers the hair from the drain)
