The staff seem either completely uninterested in helping you or aggressively pushing overpriced lotions that cost more than the actual membership. Emily in specific has provided multiple bad experiences and from what I can see treats her staff disrespectfully. The "membership deals" are also a joke. good luck trying to cancel without feeling like you're negotiating a hostage situation. if you enjoy wasting money and dealing with horrible staff and a terribly run business then go here.

Most places will start treating you differently if you don't want to sign up for the best memberships or have concern. The lady heard me and told me the first tan was free, and then showed me that I can sign up for texts and get another free tan. There was no mention of memberships or pricing or anything. I signed my little waiver and within 5 minutes got into a bed. She also gave me her recommendations, as I burn super easily, and I actually didn't come out burnt! It was super clean and I really liked the vibe of the room! Solely because of this treatment, I'll never go to another tanning salon, and I'm more than happy to come back often and pay full price! I completely understand that businesses need to make money and a profit, but this marketing is better than just handing someone a list of prices and trying to convince them to choose the most expensive one. She was also in Lincoln I was like jackpot lol ! Her business is from her home, so I first walked in. I felt very welcome and comfortable with her. We had a conversation about what tanning spray I was going to use and what color tone I wanted . She is very knowledgeable, and she help me pick the right tone and spray for my session. Prior to my appointment she sent me directions on how to prepare my skin for a better glow, and what I should wear to my appointment. She was very helpful. She has a designated area for her business. The room is set up specifically for tanning . The room is very organized and clean. The room was very cute too. It had a lot of cute decor. I have been to tanning places in the past where I have gotten inside this machine for a mystic tan but , it's not a person spraying you so my tan came out super uneven . At Janet's she manually spraying you and there's no missing any spot in your body that you want tanned! My tan lasted me three weeks then it started fading away. I loved it.! After that, I would go to Janet's at least once a year if I go on a vacation or on a beach or even to Vegas I want to look good when I'm by the pool I don't want to wait to get a tan. I want to be there looking like I-have a tan! Overall, Janet is very knowledgeable and her tans are fantastic! I really recommend going with her if you want a great tan ! I will for sure be going back. !
