NEVER AGAIN! The photos are what the $25 "Ultimate Ceramix" package will get you (the most inclusive package they have). Dirty rims, dirt spots, and scratches.
I want to second what someone else said from a review a few months ago. The person at the start doesn't speak at all. He just motions with his hands and you're left wondering what he's even talking about. He won't even speak when you ask what's wrong. He clearly isn't mute because I saw him talking to the guy behind the glass.
He was trying to get me to straighten out. Fine. Finally got that worked out. He looked over the car as he was spraying the front and the back but said nothing.
As we're going through, my husband said there didn't seem to be any difference between the basic $12 package he gets for his work truck.
After we pulled away from there, I got out to have a look. The photos are what I saw 10 minutes after leaving, so no, you can't excuse it by saying we drove around in dirty areas. 10 minutes on the road won't cause weeks-old dirt and grime.
I had watched a video ad on Twitter/X before we went. It showed people with handheld brushes getting the rims. My husband said when he brought his truck, there were people wiping down the windows. None of this was done for my car today. There was only the one guy at the beginning who acted like he would get fired if he spoke to anyone.
I will never again go here and my husband is going to speak with his company about switching their account.
No, I have not spoken with a manager. I read other reviews and I know it won't do any good. I do have my receipt and my GoPro dashcam was running the whole time, so yeah, I have proof of everything. I would just rather warn others not to go here and chalk it up to "lesson learned."
The scratches do p*ss me off. Did I mention this car is a 2025 and only 3 months old? Yeah, thanks for the first scratches. I have two more photos of more scratches, but they caught the white truck reflection and wouldn't show up in the photo.
I should have turned down the gift my husband gave me for a carwash here and done it myself. read more
