Came in to get all the bugs off my pickup truck from the long drive here. The car wash did a mediocre job at that, I still had to use a towel to clean the rest of the dirt and bugs off of it. I didn't seem to get any tire shine and the car wash cost $30. Overall, too pricey and the parking lot is way too tight to maneuver well with a full size pickup truck. read more

I went here once and will never go again. As I was paying for my chosen car wash, an employee who said he was the manager came to my window and was very pushy and aggressive asking why I chose the cheapest car wash and not one of the more expensive ones. He said the basic one I chose wouldn't even wash it well, leading me to question why it's even offered if the employee himself is saying it's pointless. I told him I chose it because it was the one I wanted and he told me that wasn't a good answer and kept pressing me. He seemed annoyed that I chose to not spend more money and didn't take the hint that I wanted the conversation to be over and for him to walk away from my window. Super turned off by his attitude alone and won't be going again. read more

I paid for the basic so I was not expecting much and they couldn't even deliver to my low expectations. Literally, I've paid $2 less and gotten a car wash that at least got all the dirt off my car, even if bug splatters were still there. Literally, the back of my car looked like it never even went through a car wash. Don't waste your $! read more

My vehicle was damaged while using the wash. I did a walk around before I used the wash and there was zero issues. After, the wash no only scratched the vehicle but dug into the clear coat for 24" inches. I took back for resolution but they claimed the damage was pre-existing and advised me to turn over to my insurance. Extremely poor customer service. read more

Eric was super angry, hateful and had zero desire to help guide me on a customer service related issue. I haven't had an encounter that bad with an employee in as long as I can remember. Highly recommend checking the cameras of how I was treated by him this morning to protect your brand. read more

I paid $18 for a car wash and the back of my tailgate never got washed. I thought staff would use a brush to get that part done before I went into the wash bay. They used to do tires and wheels, at least on one side of the car. I was told they could not walk to the far side to do it, I am guessing due to safety concerns, but no explanation was offered. As a result, I cancelled the monthly car wash plan as my car really has too much dirt on it after using just their mechanical brushes. read more

Aug 20th went to get a carwash at Dale Ave SE location. My barcode would not scan. Tried two lanes. Finally a girl came out and said my credit card information needed to be updated. I said not it doesn't my card is good until Aug 31, 2023. I asked her to raise the bar and let me get a wash because of the distance I have to drive there & I needed a wash. She said I would be getting a FREE WASH and her manager would not allow it. No manager on site. It would not be FREE as I pay monthly for as many washes as I wish. But, she would not budge. She said she could not raise bar. I would have to come back to speak a manager in two days. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

I was skeptical about returning to zips on Dale Ave., Roanoke, VA., in the past vacuums did not work. The lot was messy and the personnel weren't friendly at all. After a few months, I decided to give them another try, I was greeted with a smile by the new manager, Eric. The lot was clean trash cans were empty. The drying towels were plentiful, and all the vacuums worked. Eric turn this place around!!! I will definitely go back and tell my friends to give it a try! Good job zips, Eric was a great hire! Absolutely horrible customer service! No towels, no vacuums...so you are just paying to ride through wash. Manager on phone while working. Trust me pay a little extra and go to Blue Hills or drive farther and go to the one near Sam's Club. read more

The Dale Av center has been closed for several days no explanation.When it was open the service was awfull have been a member for many months when it first opened it went very well I have 2 memberships I tried to call someone to cancel and their phones are not working .
