We booked Ultimate Players One for my son's 7th birthday party in Pasadena at our house. Right from the start Teo was awesome with customer service and communication! They have over 80 games! The equipment was state of the art! The Game Truck was in pristine condition. Teo used google maps to view my house and drive way to make sure he knew exactly the best placement for the game truck the set up was perfect! I liked how they arrived an hour early to set up! Teo's son knows all the games and was a great Coach and worked great with all the kids! This was the hit of the party it blew everyone away! Such an awesome experience - everyone loved it!! Anthony and Eze arrived early with plenty of time to set up and were so kind and professional throughout. During the party a guest mentioned how good and responsive they were being with the kids, setting up games they wanted to play and having them take turns on the screen with Fortnite. Absolutely had a BLAST with this video game truck! I booked them for my son's Nintendo themed 6th birthday party. Teo and his staff were awesome. They showed up on time and ready to roll for the party. The game trailer we had was a beauty and VERY CLEAN. We had the deluxe trailer. It had 10 big screens with PS4's/XBoxes/Nintendo Switches. They had enough controllers for everyone too. The inside was like a party bus. It had a nice sound system, which he offered to play any music of our choice, and the chauvet lighting was a great touch. Hello so I booked with this truck company, I had let him know I wanted to book from 3-7 total of 4 hours. And he followed up with a calendar for me to confirm. I confirmed with rules and regulations about wearing masks, leaving a deposit, can't park in drive ways or alleys I said that's totally fine. Days later I texted to confirm and seen he said he was coming from 1-4 and I said no I never told you that time. Could you please change the time from 3-7 he said no unprofessionally and is not taking accountability for changing MY time I originally chose with a non refund! I would not book with him he will change the time on you!! He's very rude did not handle the situation well. Out of 1-10 I would rate him -10. Called this game truck a few days prior to my event and luckily they where available. I confirmed they would have Fortnite on a TV and luckily they did! They gave me timeframes for arrival and let me know what to expect the day of. After my booking they sent me pictures of the game truck. The day of the event the game coach Tio introduced himself and went over the rules with the kids. Tio was very friendly with the kids and made himself available to help with changing the games or any questions they had. The truck itself had 6 TVs and the interior was very clean and also a variety of games to choose from. The kids where entertained and we even decided to keep the truck longer since it was such a hit.
