I am writing to commend your great service. Your facility is truly one of the best VR arcades in the San Fernando Valley.

I cannot recommend RV Arcade enough for your event! William communicated promptly and clearly from the first request for information until the moment he left our event. He answered all of my questions and even came to look at my property ahead of time to ensure that it would accommodate his vehicle. William was great on the day of our event. As my husband put it, he was the kids' "video game butler." He was helpful, informative, and good with the kids. We were able to set guardrails on what they could play and he managed the rest. If you want the convenience of an arcade party at your home, look no further! RV Arcade is the way to go. read more

Arrived on time. Did a great job. Everyone had a good time. Would highly recommend for any party.

William was fantastic. He gave excellent information regarding the games and pricing. He also explajn what to anticipate on the day of His arrival. He interacted wonderfully with all the kids. Our birthday twins had an amazing time with their friends and family. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to rent a gamer trailer or RV for a birthday celebration. read more

William was very helpful and informative when i first called to ask questions about how this works since it's my first time renting this for my sons birthday. He explained to me everything and told me all the safety precautions and how it works. I loved how affordable his prices were so i booked right away. When he came the day of the party he was very polite to all the parents and kids coming in to the trucks and was super helpful with helping the kids get started on the games. I know it takes a a lot of patience when they are all so eager to start playing. I am definitely booking again for future events read more

I booked the RV arcade for my adult boyfriend's birthday as a surprise, and it was amazing! I got matching pajamas for him and his closest friends and surprised them with the RV arcade when they got here. They LOVED it! We're like the cool kids on the block now. All of our neighbors now want to be friends with us. Lol... a neighbor from around the corner asked our next door neighbor for our number so we could hang out. He and his wife were out walking their dog and he really wanted to ask if he could join, but his wife told him that would be weird because we don't know each other. Lol... it just goes to show how important it is to nurture and show our inner child some love every now and again. It was so fun watching the guys geek out on their favorite childhood games. This birthday was certainly one for the books! William was amazing. He surveyed the location and had every game I requested queued up on the big screens and ready to go! It was amazing. I can't recommend the RV arcade enough. read more

If you are looking for a gaming truck event, look no further! We hired RV Arcade to celebrate our son's 10th birthday. All I can say is William is so kind and caring! He communicated well and answered all the questions we had before we booked, showed up earlier to set up before the party started and was so sweet and patient with the kiddos! We booked it for 2 1/2 hours. The RV was clean and spacious. He has a ton of different games so every kid got to play games they enjoyed. The kids had a blast and the adults got to stay inside the house and enjoy some adult time! I will definitely be referring Will to many of my friends and family. RV Arcade was a total hit!! Will is amazing and punctual. Very easy to work with and has all the games kids love nowadays. Parents can also ask Will which games to not be allowed to be played. He makes you feel like you've known him for years. He's very easy to schedule with and also reminds you about the occasion a few days before (to confirm) Overall, my wife and I highly recommend Will, we'll be using Will's services again and we'll be giving his number to use for our friends occasion. We chose RV Arcade for our son's 10th birthday as the pandemic was beginning to clear up. We wanted a clean, responsible and reliable "video game truck" that will allow us to celebrate safely with some of his closest friends. RV Arcade was all of that and more. Will was responsive and easy to communicate with from the get-go. He was organized and efficient, and even came early to set up and get things going earlier than expected for the kids to start playing. The RV was super clean and neat (and pretty darn cool!). He was thorough with everything, even checking with us first on what kind of games were allowed to be played and which were not (he had 'em all). He was very patient and courteous to everyone, especially the kids (which, if you have any, you know how overwhelming that can get). Bottomline, Will made the experience easy, simple and entertaining for all the kids at our party (and some adults). We highly recommend RV Arcade and would book it again in a heartbeat. read more

Hired RV Arcade for a small group of my son's friends for his birthday. William was very easy to work with and communicate with. He did a drive by before the event to make sure we had enough room in front of our house. He confirmed a few days before and showed up on time. Had a huge variety of games for the kids to choose from. Very clean and sanitary. Will definitely use them again and recommend highly!! read more

We used Will and RV arcade for our older son five years ago and we had alot of choices this time around and we went with Will again because not only is he super patient with the kids, he has the best price. RV was clean and air conditioned and didnt smell like a kids laundry hamper! Out party was in March just before Corona virus, and he let me come in and wipe controllers with a lysol wipe even though he assured me he had already sanitized. If you are on the fence for booking with Will, BOOK IT! He's amazing and the kids, adults and teens were so happy. Best part is, kids are in RV not tearing up your house! Thanks Will!! read more

I'd really give this a 5+ rating if possible. We rented the truck for my daughters 10th birthday party and it was a blast! All the kids had so much fun in the RV arcade. From the first contact with Will he was professional, prompt, and detailed. We discussed what my expectations were. Will explained how everything worked and provided details about the overall process. He responded to my questions promptly. He arrived on time and made everything was operational before the party started. During the party he was a great event lead by asking parents about any restrictions on games and providing exciting game options to the kids. The truck is really amazing and the kids were in shock about how many options they had to play! I can't recommend RV arcade enough for events!!!! read more

All I can say is Will's RV Arcade is AMAZING! We had our 8year old boys birthday party at the house and we hired William to bring his RV Arcade for our son and his friends. The RV Arcade was a total hit and it was the best decision we could have made. William was absolutely awesome, he came on time and the kids went inside the RV for 2 1/2 hours. All the parents got a chance to hang out and drink, while the kids enjoyed playing video games. My son and his friends had a great time and all asked their parents for the RV Arcade for their next birthdays. I highly recommend hiring William and intend to do so again for my next birthday with my friends. read more

William was prompt, professional, and provided great service during my child's 10th birthday party. All the kids took his business card to give to their parents because they wanted the truck at their own parties! His RV was impressive and spotless. There were tons of games which kept everyone entertained for 2 hours. We also appreciated that he respectfully wore a mask. Five stars across the board. read more

If I could give this business more than 5 stars I would! I have thrown more parties for my 3 boys over the years than I can count, and William and company were by far the most professional vendors I can remember dealing with in a long time. From the original communication, to confirming the week before via call and another text, to showing up even a little early. The truck was clean, had all the latest games and the kids even wanted a few more minutes past the end time, and he accommodated at no charge. The party was a success and it was due in HUGE part to RV Arcade. Will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family! read more

William set up the most amazing pre-COVID party for my son. He came early to set up the internet connection for Fortnite and made sure everything was perfect before boys got here. Boys absolutely loved the party. Having so many boys in such a confined spot definitely smelled trouble but his bus had good airflow. William made it so easy to have a fun party for the boys! Definitely recommend him. And his prices are reasonable compared to others. A+++ read more

William was the best host I could have asked for. From the beginning when I called to inquire until the day of the party, he went above and beyond in every way. The day I called and asked him about some parks I wanted to have a party at, he said he would pass by to check them both out and see which one was more accommodating. He did just that and was straight forward with me in all aspects of the party. I did a FORTNITE themed party for my daughter and he did tell me before hand that it required internet and if the park didnt have it he would try using his hotspot. He did just that and it worked amazing. He assured everyone that he was there to help and the kids loved the whole experience. I have referred all of my friends to him and I know a few of them have already requested him for their kids birthdays and all were satisfied. I will continue recommending to everyone I know. Cant wait to have him back for next year. THANKS WILLIAM!!! read more

I booked them for my son's birthday party based on the recommendation of one of my friends and was thoroughly impressed with the entire operation. I've seen these types of trucks before at events but always came away feeling unimpressed. They usually seem staffed by people who don't want to be there and are unfriendly. The staff of Gamer Events Los Angeles, however, was extremely professional and very friendly. My son also said that they really knew what they were doing and had extensive knowledge of the games they had on hand. One of the staff members even helped teach my son some tricks at one of the games, I forget which one. I had my reservations about booking a truck like this for a party because I thought it would keep the children from running around and spending time with one another but they all had a blast playing the different games with one another and it was so much easier than having them all fight over the few controllers my son has. Even some of the adults at the party got into the Wii games. I would gladly book them again for future parties and highly recommend the service to anyone with a gathering of mostly children and young adults. read more

Wow! I mean really... Wow! last year I used another type of game truck service and was not really impressed with the staff, although they insisted the experience would be more than fun and their supervision would be engaging and attentive. The trailer they set up was not really sturdy enough for the 14 players we were able to fit in at a time (they had one station broken). They had three controllers that kept shorting out a couple minutes into a game. I wrote the experience off as being an experience with a new venture that really didn't have their act together yet, mechanically and personal interactively. It just seemed that they didn't want to be there and kept looking at the clock. They answers questions and helped the kids out, but I think the party guests knew more about how the truck worked than the staff. This year for his birthday, he said he wanted another game truck company that he saw at his friend's house. I expected another company with the same sort of setup and crew, but I was VERY impressed when I found out they would show up with a large motor-home style truck. They showed up early, turned on their generators, air conditioning and booted up the consoles and away they went... on time and at full capacity. It was the fasted 3 hours of a kid's party I have ever experienced. I let them park in my driveway, so it was nice and safe for the kids to go from the house to the game RV and back again for refreshments (none allowed inside the RV for obvious reasons). The two guys who managed the RV were great, friendly and didn't talk down to the kids... or adults. It was such a great experience, my son wanted to have them back at the end of baseball season for the team party (I am an assistant coach). My wife insisted we tip them, and we did. They had all the games the kids desired with all the popular different flavors of game systems. They even had 3D games! They experience was so positive for me as a father, I'm suggesting to my corporate leadership that we use this outfit for distance training at some of our out lying offices. I would like to see them offer turnkey TV viewing for special events as well... like the Super Bowl in 3D perhaps? I don't think they have local TV station or satellite hook ups though. But, for a kid's party... they rocked! read more

My son had such a great birthday party with RV Arcade last year that he wanted to do the same thing again this year! William was extremely professional. He was responsive to phone calls, and has a great customer service attitude. When ordering the second time around, he remembered me and expressed his gratitude for having them back again. The RV was wrapped this year so it looked great. They arrived on time and the kids piled in to play. They had all the different consoles... Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii. When some of the kids wanted to play games rated M, The person running the event came to me and asked if it was okay for each specific game, and they explained to me why it was rated as such. INVALUABLE for a parent. William followed up with me after the event was over to make sure it went according to plan. Top notch service at a fantastic price. Kids really enjoyed themselves and I didn't have to do any of the entertainment. Another successful birthday party thanks to RV Arcade! read more

We had RV Arcade for our Son's 10th Birthday. I read the reviews here and checked out their site. A bonus was their pricing, about $100 less than the competition (as of this reviews date). What sold me was their game catalog, over 1000 titles. Super happy we went with RV Arcade. My wife scheduled with Will, very nice and professional. The day of the Birthday the kids were super excited. The RV shows up and after a quick setup it was GAME TIME. The RV is AWESOME! It is not as large as some other places game buses (there was no way to get a Greyhound size bus on our street, nor did we want a small trailer). The temp inside was perfect. The couches and the cleanliness of the gear is top notch. The selection of games was fantastic, I mean folders and folders of games. If they did not have it on one system they had it on another. Our game hosts asked us up front what type of games preference we had, I told them no M games. They loaded up some favorite multi-players like Super Mario Smash Bros, NBA 2k13, SMB U, I even got time to play a little Injustice. Our hosts Adam and Barry get an A+. These guys know games and even old school games that i played as a kid. There were fantastic with the kids. Had info for any game on the fly. These guys are gamers so they know what gamers want. After our 2 hours (which flew by) the kids were sad to see them go but super happy to have played all those games. The waved the RV goodbye and then told their parents about it when they where picked up. I was told by a few parents we have set the bar for parties. I gave them a little secret, get www.rvarcade.com. read more
