Service Acquisition: Business was conducted 100% over the phone. Told owner that my discovery and background knowledge was via Yelp. As such, service area limitation premiums $$ and travel fees were not referenced nor communicated in the procurement conversation. The business educated me about them after invoice was provided. He arrived about 10 or so minutes early to set up and be ready by our contracted time and gave us a heads-up about 15-20 minutes before it was time to wrap it up so we could give a last call to those not currently playing (we had over 20 kids at the party). I liked that there was a Nintendo Switch and big screen TV set up outside of the trailer, as well, for those who preferred it. CJ was also great with the younger kids who don't have a lot of experience yet with video games.
