During my visit, I felt very impressed by how organized the store's racks were, especially compared to competing retailers. I shopped mostly in the women's section, and the articles of clothing were well organized by type, size, and color. Throughout the store, I saw many major brands, including Adidas, HOKA, Under Armour, and others. The prices were low to moderate, and I found some things that I liked. For example, I saw price tags of $25 for a women's sundress and $85-140 for a pair of women's HOKA sneakers. I deducted one star from my review because I cannot find everything that I want here, and because employees need to greet more often.

I purchased a panzer arms ar-12 pro g2 18.5" semi automatic 12 gauge shotgun from palmetto state…read morearms in June of this year. When I received the firearm it looked great, no defect. When I got it home and tried firing it , it would not fire. I contacted Marc at Panzer Arms USA to have it looked at was told to send to dans sporting goods at 84 State Route 380 W Apollo, PA. They received it august 11th 2022 of last year. I was told it would take six-eight weeks to hit there test bench for warranty work. Its now jan 16th 2023. 6 months have passed and I still have not received my shotgun back repaired. Every time I call, the mail box is full or it says they in turkey at the factory. When I did get a email response, it just says six to eight weeks to hit there test bench for warranty work. I tried calling today and once again mailbox is full. I continually send emails to get an update with no response. I don't understand why after almost 6 months they cant look at my firearm or at least replace the firing pin with another one. I hate to say it but service is horrible compared to the reputation of quality Panzer Arms is know for.

If you're looking for cheaper prices, check out Going, Going, Gone in the back of the mall (the Annex part). They have similar stuff but a lot on clearance. It's not on par with that new Dick's House of Sport at Ross Park, but it's decent for this area.

This location overall seems pretty well stocked and organized. The staff seems attentive to when areas are left messy and keeps things organized. There is a little bit of something for everyone and this is a great place to shop when you need something little for a gift but don't want to (or can't) spend a lot. They also have a wide variety of snacks including many international snacks like ramen chips and japanese gummies. Staff is friendly when you ask questions and checkout is generally fairly quick. They have cash only and credit only check out areas (and the staff direct you to which one to go to). It is a monitored self checkout. Overall, I enjoy shopping here and have found some really great and unique items.

I then went in the store only shortly after to find that they did have squishy in stock. I feel very violated and lied to by these employees and I feel like they do not represent the company of five below five below should fire them and maybe work on the customer service in the store. I went to them to get top-line used gear after my hockey equipment was stolen in college and ended up getting even better gear than I had at a fraction of the cost. Most recently, they sold me a custom Malkin 2016 All-Star jersey for at least $100 less than anyone else could quote me. Then, when there was a mix-up with the PayPal address, they personally contacted the USPS (I know how annoying that can be) and got it straightened out and re-shipped to my new address. Old-school service you can't find these days!
