The range is great, most of the Marshalls are always nice, helpful, and fun to talk to. The good stops there though. We've been coming here since keystone opened and then it was an exceptional facility. Great service when you walked in, salesman were engaged and knowledgeable, it was a preferred shop. Now you seem to be a burden if you want to buy anything. We had a salesman one word us because we asked to purchase a red dot. When we asked for plates he promptly turned around and walked away to his computer, never to be heard from again. It's sad because this continuously happens now. I really hope the team gets it together because it's sad to see a local facility like that decline. read more

This place is absolutely phenomenal. I have been going here for years. Yesterday I went in to pick up a gun that they ordered for me and Andrea and her team were absolutely phenomenal. There is nothing more that I could have asked for. They even added two extra magazines to my order for free when I came in to pick it up. At one point I had given this place 5 stars. After my recent experience, I will no longer shop here, and will also recommend people shop elsewhere. Their return policy is arbitrary and not clearly stated. It's gone downhill significantly, and the quality of people working there is sub-par. Over the past 5 years I've purchased several firearms from this location, used them for suppressor transfers, etc. Recently I purchased a S&W 10mm M&P to replace my EDC rig, and mentioned I was looking for an optic and wasn't sure what options were available. I was greeted by one of the gunsmiths who talked me into a SIG Romeo 2. I don't have a problem spending good money for quality optics. They offered to mount the optic, and off I went. When I returned home I noticed the Romeo 2 did not cowitness with the M&P's suppressor height sights. By a longshot. This is completely unacceptable for a carry piece as you shouldn't put your life in the hands of a $2 lithium battery, I returned to the store and asked if I could return the Romeo 2 and get something else, and was told they would not accept the return, despite the fact the firearm was never fired, and they clearly sold me something that did not meet my requirements. The manager at the time wasn't even man enough to have a reasonable conversation with me, and instead asked me to move out of the way so other customers could pay. I could understand if this policy was clearly stated, however it was never communicated to me, wasn't printed on the receipt, or displayed anywhere in the store. The irony is Holosun makes an M&P specific optic that is direct fit without an adapter plate, is solar powered, and cowitnesses. Why did the sales folks not know about this as they are a holosun dealer? Don't do business here, they suck. There are better options where you will be respected as a customer and won't have to deal with unreasonable prepubescent manlet managers. read more

No acknowledgment when you walk in even if no one is in the store. The staff is very condescending. Especially the rso, who I saw talking to a group of customers like they were little children even tho they appeared to be a competent group of shooters. No glock products which is strange given their wide use and popularity, but that's their choice. Clearly this staff knows everything and you know nothing. I go to a range much further away to avoid them, which is disappointing. They must hate money and customers. read more

Although nice and clean, the people are not friendly at all and have little knowledge of the pistols. Are always out of your ammo , and they don't even carry Glock. I had to buy my 30x32 Beretta at another gun shop. Plus the gunsmith is not friendly, difficult to work with, and looks down his nose at you. read more

Stopped in the Store to Pick up and Item had a question and the sales man pointed me to a product manager Matt short bold kid with Glasses. I hate writing bad reviews for 2A shops. And the retail side of this establishment gets 4/5 stars. Good selection, decent prices, attentive (though not all of them are well-informed) staff, etc. The range gets 1 star, for safety reasons. What else matters at a range?? So the problem with the range... I was there on a weekday. There was no RO to be found, and I am surrounded by newbies who got a GROUPON for a lane and a gun rental, with zero instruction. Not kidding -- a groupon. (Bringing in new people is great. Bringing them in, handing them a Glock or a 1911 that they clearly don't know how to use safely, is criminally negligent.) So... there are literally people walking up to me, POINTING LOADED GUNS AT ME, and asking for help with how to close the slide, how to drop the mag, whatever. I do not blame the newbies -- I blame the complete lack of safety at this range. At least the one time I was there. After 45 minutes here, I hauled a$s out of there, literally afraid for my life. Would I shop here? Sure. Would I shoot here? Never again. read more

Wow - what a neat place. They sell firearms and other shooting accessories. The indoor shooting range is impressive as well as the VIP lounge. The staff is courteous and makes sure that everyone is having a safe, enjoyable visit. I have been here twice. I came back because Wow! This place is so much fun! I love competition and trying new things! The ease of registration and choosing a firearm w clear instructions & recommendations made me feel at ease right away. I used a Groupon both times I attended so the price was great! I Love the diverse targets they have for the range. Some are downright silly and others are standard. It makes for a serious or silly session! Hey, do both! Bonus info: i recommend bringing your own or buying the foam earplugs! Although they will give you the "headphone" ear protection a lot of the guns fired are extremely loud! So - amazing private 3-1 private lesson at Keystone - 2 ladies new to guns & I have limited experience. Eric was an outstanding instructor (with an impressive resume) and trained us with skill and patience (we had a lot of questions). The second lesson was 2-1 and we were hitting bullseyes which was amazing for a couple of novices. We are booking lesson #3 with Eric and I plan on joining Keystone. Going to the this place they go shoot. The price is good and the ranges are fun. But if you plan on buying a gun, this is why I didn't give it five out of five stars. I recommend going to Dunhams or a local mom and pop shop. No buy guns from you for pennies on the dollar of what it's worth. And then they sell it for almost $1000 more than it's worth or four to $500 more than you could order one from royal king or Dunhams read more

This place is a real disappointment. I was looking for a new firearm and the staff was not helpful. I had questions on some of the watches they had as I've been trying to track my heart rate while shooting and sadly the staff was not knowledgeable/ helpful. I ended up going to Big Buck Sport shop and they were great. Ended up spending $5K there. read more

I live in CA, so to my eyes this place is amazing. Gigantic selection. Clean and professional establishment. The staff were friendly and helpful. So nice to be in a gun store that has all the latest models. If your a fan of Sig Sauer they have pretty much everything Sig makes. Prices are good too! They have a range and a large selection of rentals, including full auto firearms. We don't have anything like this place in SoCal and that makes me sad, sad, sad. read more

I was looking for a new shooting range and happened across Keystone Shooting Center. I visited Sunday morning when they opened, and happy they opened even a bit earlier with the line building. I was greeted and given helpful advice to review the safety video and waiver then walked to the range check-in. I was quickly checked-in and given directions to the range. The range was nice and glad it was monitored as there were some new shooters next to me that needed assistance. After shooting, I asked advice on a conceal carry holster (inside jeans) and given great advice from Jake. I appreciated his advice and giving me several options to consider. I will be visiting again very soon. read more

This is a great place. If you love guns and indoor shooting this is the place for you. We go here quite a bit. The selection of guns that they have are very nice from Semi-autos, pistols, to hunting rifles and shotguns. Their staff is well informed. Absolutely hands-down the worst communication/customer service imaginable. I purchased a firearm that they showed in stock and paid for two day shipping. When I did not get any type of shipping information sent to me I contacted the store to find out if there was any issues. It took four phone calls to find out that they did not have the item in stock. I am still waiting on a refund, I have contacted their store two or three more times by phone/email to find out when my refund will be submitted. I would Strongly recommend using somewhere else for your firearm needs. I will move forward with the BBB since I have still yet to hear anything on my refund. read more

First time at an endorser shooting range. It was really cool to see all the selections of guns it was a very well displayed it much better than other locations that are brick-and-mortar stores. $43 for one hour for two people to share one lane bringing your own ammo with options to rent some high-end equipment. read more

Went online shopping for a new firearm. Was on gundeals.com and the price listed was $423.00. but once you click on it, their website had it listed for $445. Just the previous night both prices matched but after speaking to one of the sales person they could not look up the item number or skew so it was impossible to know if I was buying the right model. It was only after she transferred me to the manager was I able to verify right product. Long story short he was unwilling to make it right and match the price of the gundeals.com and I was a bit disappointed at the seemingly bait and switch. Will definitely not be doing business with this store again. They need to work on customer service read more

And the best part is I found out this entire place is owned and operated by Veterans The range rentals are very streamlined and simple to understand. Their selection for rentals is equally impressive as their retail side for firearms. From handguns to rifles, from semi-auto to full-auto, they have it all. You can rent safety glasses and hearing protection as well and all types of ammo are always available. Once on the range, an instructor is always around for safety as well as to provide instructions on the range rules and operation and to monitor that all rules are being followed properly. This is such a great addition to the area, and if you want to go target shoot, this is a must see! You can even bring in your own firearms if you want to avoid renting one of theirs! read more

Some friends and I decided to check this range out a few weeks ago since the weather was poor and they were the new kids on the block. I have an M4 that I built, along with a bump-stock for novelty sake. My buddy had called them a few days prior to get some information about how the range was setup and the process of using it. He confirmed with the girl on the phone that bump-stocks and binary trigger setups were allowed at the range. He asked her again to confirm, and she answered in the affirmative. I wasn't surprised, considering that you can rent a full auto of theirs to use at the range. We show up, sign in, and wait to be called back for our time. When we step into our gallery, I ask what appears to be the RSO that it is acceptable for me to fire my M4 with the bump-stock. I'm glad I asked, because he fervently said NO and explained repeatedly that it's because of safety. Not offering anything more. While I was disappointed that we were told two different things by folks from the same business, we continued with our range time. Now, my buddy and his fiancé were using a lane for the both of them. When my buddy finished his magazine, he would place the gun on the bench and take the magazine to the back wall to reload while his fiancé fired her gun. Apparently this is not acceptable. It is not ok to leave the weapon on the firing bench, while taking just the magazine to the back wall to reload. It creates an unsafe environment to have one person shooting and one reloading... in the same booth. Otherwise, their $25/hour candle is burning. This was just one more notch in the "I won't be coming back here" belt. We finished up, and went to check out. We explained when asked about our experience the same things that I have written here. To which, a guy behind the counter chimes in with the same "It's because of safety." I explained that while I understand and appreciate the need for safety precautions, I asked why were folks allowed to rent a full auto weapon and fire it? Is that not as unsafe? "Well, the range safety officer is standing over them." I guess they hold the gun for customers, too. It makes no difference. My bump stock is no less stable than a full auto. Safety is in the hands of the operator. Point in case, as we were leaving the gallery, a new pair of customers came in and set their handgun down on the bench. The weapon discharged as soon as it hit the bench. I took that as our sign to get out of there as soon as possible. One RSO tried to explain away the no bump-stock/binary trigger rule by saying "We have four owners, three of them being ex-military. The other guy is loaded and is willing to let customers do whatever to get people in the door." There you have it. Is it about the $20 for the full auto? Is it about forcing the couple to rent two lanes, thus increasing their bill? Another friend went today, and said they didn't have an RSO for 20 minutes! Absurd. I will say, the facilities are nice and new. The technology on the range is top of the line. My only ask is that you standardize your practices. If the person answering the phone up front doesn't understand the range rules, they need to transfer it to someone who does. Get rid of asinine rules like reloading a magazine away from the bench while the gun rests at the firing line. read more
