Saw online that this store now carries microtech knives, which i collect. They have a nice selection of microtech knives and some other premium knives, along with the ususal budget knife brands. While the sales people aren't very knowledgeable about the knives, i didn't need them to be. Will definitely be purchasing more from them soon. I needed some ammo for my pistols and they had some great prices and a good selection online. Far cheaper than Dunhams. But when I went to the store, it was nothing like their online listings. A paltry selection with hefty prices. When I mentioned the online prices to the salesman, he muttered something about "drop shipping." Don't know what that means. I took in a Sig Sauer MPX for feeding problems and was told it would take about ten days to repair. After two plus months and several calls they said they couldn't fix the gun and since it was out of production they said Sig wouldn't repair it either. OK I can understand that but they left a deep scratch/abrasion in the EOtech red dot with no explanation. I would not take anything back there again for repairs. I ended up repairing the gun myself by polishing the feed ramps. read more

This is my favorite gun store. They work deals in used guns and the customer service is great. I've ordered several hard to find guns and never disappointed. It was my first time going there about a week ago to purchase a new firearm and I can't say enough about how great the customer service is and the selection as well. I was immediately met at the door by an employee asking if there was anything that he could help me with or if I was looking for anything in particular. I went there again this weekend to pick some new grips for the firearm I purchased and again they were very helpful, unfortunately the grips i was originally looking for they didn't have but the owner nicely said he would check his office to see it there was something he did have that was similar. Fortunately he did and again I left a happy customer this place gets a 5 star in my book and I wish I could give more. They made several recommendations and allowed me to try them out to make sure I was comfortable with my choice. The selection was good and prices were fair. Dropped my shotgun off because it was jamming. They told me it would take 3 weeks to polish the barrel and replace the extractor spring. A month later I had not received any contact about an update until I called myself and it still wasn't finished. After calling several times it was "finished" and they only polished the barrel. Picked it up and it still jams every time. They didn't even fix it. Poor services and poor customer service. I will never go back. read more

Ridiculously overpriced parts and firearms. lower receivers with cheap roll pins in them marketed as quality. Bored out and shot out used bolt guns sold at high prices. Stay away! I gave the store a $100 deposit on a $400 gun and got a call in Julybasking if I still wanted the gun. I explained I just had surgery and was out of work until the end of September. They said they had someone interested in the gun so I offered to let them sell it and we would order one when I was ready even if it were a little more money. When I went to look at guns today 10-14-17 the owner said there was a 20% restocking fee and I would not be getting my $100.00 back. I told him that was crazy and he w planned he paid sales tax on the $400 and paid the fees for background check and it cost him 14% per month on every gun sitting in his back room. First of all you don't pay sales tax until you collect the money from the sale. Secondly I never have them ID or filled out the paperwork for the gun purchase. On my receipt it says nothing about a restocking fee or how long they will hold ia gun. I stopped in to have a front site added to my AR. After discussing it with one of the staff members I decided on a A2 iron site. When I came in to pick it up, they put a cheap pop-up site on. They also removed my sling ring. Now, the brand new sling is of no use which I also bought there. They wouldn't buy it back even at discounted rate. Now they had to sell me an adapter so I could reattach my sling. That cost me more money! I didn't get what I wanted and am very unhappy. The manager didn't care one bit about making a customer happy. I will NEVER go back!!! read more

Limited selection of new firearms. Used firearms being sold at new firearm prices. You have to purchase what's on display,there is no stock behind the counter. What you see is what you get. The staff wasn't very knowledgeable but had an answer for everything. I was extremely disappointed with this place. But you don't have to take my word for it. Pay em a visit and see what I mean.
