I purchased a panzer arms ar-12 pro g2 18.5" semi automatic 12 gauge shotgun from palmetto state arms in June of this year. When I received the firearm it looked great, no defect. When I got it home and tried firing it , it would not fire. I contacted Marc at Panzer Arms USA to have it looked at was told to send to dans sporting goods at 84 State Route 380 W Apollo, PA. They received it august 11th 2022 of last year. I was told it would take six-eight weeks to hit there test bench for warranty work. Its now jan 16th 2023. 6 months have passed and I still have not received my shotgun back repaired. Every time I call, the mail box is full or it says they in turkey at the factory. When I did get a email response, it just says six to eight weeks to hit there test bench for warranty work. I tried calling today and once again mailbox is full. I continually send emails to get an update with no response. I don't understand why after almost 6 months they cant look at my firearm or at least replace the firing pin with another one. I hate to say it but service is horrible compared to the reputation of quality Panzer Arms is know for. read more

I purchased an AR12 Pro from these guys and it went into auto mode the first time I took it to the range. I disassembled the fire control group and called Dan's for replacement parts. I had to continually call them and ask where my parts were and heard every excuse imaginable. In the Army we have a saying " the maximum effective range of an excuse is zero meters". This all began in late July, it's now December and I have finally had enough. Dan's said they would replace my defective shotgun but reneged on their promise as I didn't include the defective parts with the shotgun (sear and hammer assembly). It's now coming back to me with the defect unresolved; a useless paperweight. Won't deal with these guys again. read more

I purchased an AR-12 from PW arms in WA. It malfunctioned on me and when I called the manufacture, they just told me to contact Dans as he is handling some issues on weapons for them. I made contact with Dan and he told me to send the shotgun to him. He received the gun on a Friday. The next thing I know, it is the following Thursday and it shows up at my door repaired correctly. I called these people beginning of the new year and spoke to a gentleman very nice gentleman his name was Dan Dan told me to send an email to info@deansafeammo.com in which I did January 3, 2020 I waited until February 3 to find out what the status is the rude lady that picks up the phone does not even say Dan's sporting goods how can I help you she is very blunt very rude and says hello what can I do for you me as a business owner I was very shocked of the professionalism that this lady showed. I had called seven times today for a part that my customer has been waiting for for a month and a half the part is from Panzer arms which is a Turkish company out of turkey then the rude lady sent me to a rude guy his name is Mark supposedly handles all Panzer Arms Customer Service I told them that I've sent several emails and I was wondering where the park was because Dan told me to send a email with our address and the serial number to the shotgun and he would send me a four dollar part from pens or Arms this Mark character requested all the invoices for the shotgun which I sent him all the invoices also sent him our federal license then he asked me to send him a couple of pictures of the shotgun I could not send the pictures because I don't have the shotgun the shotgun is with my customer I emailed him the serial number he tells me that model comes with varieties of Bud stocks how stupid can these people be if they type in a serial number and it would give them the information buyers beware doing business with these people they are very rude very obnoxious I will never buy a panzer rifle or a shotgun ever again these people had put bad taste in my mouth again buyer beware.. read more
