I wish I would have looked before I booked with them. Now I'm left two days before my move trying to find a company with availability. He told me that my move was not big enough therefore was not important to his business to keep on the books but claims he has a mandatory inspection. But keeps saying you have a small move. Do yourself a favor and find another moving company. Early February I requested a moving quote, this was the first company to get back to me almost immediately after my quote was submitted. I liked the prompt service when I decided to make my move. I asked them if they were available for Feb 26th, they agreed and got me scheduled even brought me boxes to prepare for my move. On the 21st I received a phone called asking if I could change my date to the weekday, I explained no I work and am told he is taking the business for his uncle and he already has something on Sunday but returns my call and says it's a big inconvenience but he asked the other person to reschedule. On the 22nd I found out the new home wasn't going to be ready. Without thinking I called immediately to see about rescheduling and say the 4th after hanging up and looking at my schedule I realize that wouldn't work best for me and asked if the 12th would work, he said no bc that Sunday person but we agreed to the 11th. Here it is the 9th, I was sitting in an event in California and they call. I declined as I was in an event but text letting them know I'll call when I was done. He proceeded to text me telling me he has a state inspection on Saturday and can't do the money and asked if I can do it on the 13th. I had already told him the weekdays don't work for me, and blames me that my date has changed already and I need to be flexible. Of course this is aggravating being blamed for a company's inability to properly schedule someone's move at a time I can't talk and two days before my move knowing it's going to be next to impossible to find available movers. So when I called I was upset and my voice was escalated. If you want your move to actually happen don't schedule with them. read more

This was the worst experience ever. First they were 30 minutes late and when I called for an ETA the owner was completely rude and argumentative rather than just suggesting he call the crew to get an ETA for us. Second, we paid for 2 hours and after 90 minutes the head crew guy said they were done because they needed 30 minutes travel time. We hired this company through "Hire a Helper" and when I called them they said we should have gotten the full 2 hours we prepaid for. Third the two movers came completely unprepared without any moving equipment to help them move furniture so my husband actually had to help them move rather than spend that time doing what he needed to do in our new house. The head crew guy also asked us how much we were going to tip them and I was thinking why would we tip when you couldn't even do your job but I said nothing. Then to top it all off, when I called Hire a Helper to complain the crew called my husbands cell phone and asked him to please recant his complaint. Let me start by saying, Ali, Tim, and Kevin, the three gentlemen sent to move me were very nice. Polite, professional, and for the most part, pretty careful with my property. The move to the new house went pretty well. Until the end. They were done moving the things in, and Tim set to reassembling my bed frame. In the meantime I had another company show up for some work I needed done. I went to speak to him in the garage. When I came back into the house, the three movers were gone, as well as the truck and they left my front door wide-open, left no paperwork. After they left, Mo called and asked if they were done. I had said yes, and gave him my card number. He said he'd called me back. I called him a little later and asked what the charge was going to be. He said he wasn't in the office, and he could NOT run my card without telling me the price and my saying ok, but would call me back as soon as he was. I said fine. He called me back with the quote, at that time I told him my dressers were damaged in the move. He asked what the final paperwork said. I told him I didn't know, as they just left, without leaving any paperwork. He again said he would call back. He told me that the movers said "the blanket slipped during the moving and your dresser got damaged. They didn't say anything. That's not right, I will deal with that." He then offered a $75 discount. I told him the dressers were worth far more than that. He said "it's still usable..." I told him BOTH of my dressers were damaged, no one said anything, and what he was offering wasn't acceptable. He said "what do you want me to do?...I am a Christian man..." I told him religion had nothing to do with it. He responded with "it's what's in my heart..." He said he could have a "repair guy" come out and "fix with a bit of paint...it'll take 5 min and boom he'll be gone". Told him the gauges would still be there, a repair would not fix the damaged grain. He said he was coming to my house, he'd be there in 30 min. I waited an hour. I left to pick up my car at the shop. He called, asking where I was because he's waiting for me. I told him I was just there and he wasn't. He then gave me the wrong address of where he was. I asked my adult daughter to take over speaking with him, as I was dealing with the shop and then had to drive. She calls me 3 mins later saying he was yelling at her and SWEARING! Angry because he was supposedly at my house, but WASN'T! My daughter told him she was standing in front of the house and he was no where to be found! She gave the address AGAIN(he had the paperwork, so I don't know what the problem was!) He called AGAIN saying he was there...he was NOT. He was at the END OF THE BLOCK! When my daughter approached his vehicle, he DROVE OFF! She took a pic of his license plate. He texted her telling her not to call or text him again. He would not answer any text or call from me. He then charged my card! WITHOUT telling the price. WITHOUT my express consent that he said he needed in the beginning. I've contacted my bank. They refunded my money and have started an investigation. I will be reporting him to the BBB as well. This man is not at all trustworthy. DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES!! read more

Very poor experience all around. The movers were extremely slow, I have pictures of one of the men sitting down half the time, one of the movers put beds together with screws still left, left clearly labeled and colorized boxes in the garage, if my mom and I wouldn't have helped they'd still be here. When I tried to communicate with the owner Moses I was blocked as he informed he'd follow up with me. Because of this company's deception and bad work ethic, my family had to pay mentally and monetarily. owner, (his name is Moses) attitude went from friendly and helpful to cold and uncompassionate the moment this job became his responsibility. Here are just a few of the things my family had to do to compensate for their laziness: (Include pictures) 2. DID NOT DOMOST BASIC THING movers didn't take the time to do basic things like wrapping my furniture, chairs and/or my mattresses in fabrics or at the very least, plastic. Because of mover's no shirt and minimal clothing, my furniture got dirty with sweat and dirt in the truck, causing our family to have to replace all of our dirty objects. We threw away all three mattresses. And some furniture 3. Because these workers were paid hourly, they stalled for time, working too slowly and taking many breaks. They even packed the truck in a careless manner, wasting a lot of space and causing the need for two trips, wasting even more time. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIANL MOVER!! 4. When I returned to old house the next day to make sure everything was out from old house. but there was still four furniture and TV on the second floor, causing me to waste my time and money doing work that should've been done by their movers. 5. When I contacted this company about these issues, they ignored my texts because it didn't concern, he when it most definitely did. 6. this company and employees are exposing customers to risk without even following the minimum obligations to protect customers from covid 19 viruses 7. There was no minimum hygiene concept 8. Dishonest and unprofessional in scheduling their moving times. They should have been honest and said they were unavailable. Don't get caught in the same situation that I did with this company. I scheduled them two weeks in advance for a 9 am move time. When I called to confirm they claimed they had another move the same day and wouldn't get to mine until 4 pm. We had a last minute move and the company owner was able to fit us into the schedule the very next day! The movers were awesome. They were super nice and easy to work with. They even put our Christmas tree in its stand for us without having to ask! These guys really set a positive tone for our new home. I would for sure recommend. read more

Mo's crew was awesome for my move on THANKSGIVING DAY 2020! They were fast, friendly and professional! They got all my stuff moved up a bunch of stairs from my rental townhouse in Federal Way to my property in Elk Plain, WA which is a quarter mile down a private gravel road!
