Great service for my son's prom. We were surprised with an upgrade which made the event even more special. I highly recommend this company. The driver was very professional and the kids had nothing but good things to say about him. I will be using them again. read more

This is by far the best limo service out there. I have used them multiple times and they are amazing! There fleet is always clean and well maintained. The customer service is second to none, they go above and beyond to make your experience phenomenal. And the drivers, well the drivers are just as amazing, they make the experience just that much more enjoyable. read more

usually don't write reviews, but this experience dealing with the owner Andy is an example of a horrible business man. We rented a party bus for my wife's birthday and during the initial reservation we requested a pick up time of 8pm. We then had to call back and move it up an half hour because we had to change our reservation for an escape room we booked. We were told it's no problem, and we even called back a couple of days before to confirm and told we were good. The night of 730 rolls around and 30 people outside and no bus. The bus finally show up at 8, the driver has an attitude and he wasn't supposed to show up til then. He gave us a hard time about bringing our finger food on the bus, and the bus did not have Bluetooth as we were told so we had to bring our own speaker to listen to music. Because we were 30 min late it caused us to miss have our time at the escape room. We called Andy the next day to explain all the issues we had to see if he would compensate us. All we were looking for was $200 back for half of the time we paid and missed at the escape room they made us late too. My wife dealt with him first and he was completely unreasonable, so I tried and the same thing. He even admitted it was their mistake for being late but didn't feel that was a big deal nor did he think any of the issues we encountered were. After several calls and arguing with him, Andy said he would give is a $100 off Only big we wrote him a good review. This man has lost his mind. We fought the charge with our credit card company. DO NOT rent from them....truly the most unprofessional and unreasonable person I've dealt with!!!! read more

I have used Ultimate limosine in the past so of course I contacted them again to schedule a large shuttle for our daughters wedding this summer. They are very professional and Andy was very knowledgeable with what size bus we will need to transport guests. We look forward to using them for our event and we are also going to hire them to pick up the bride and groom in a limo after the ceremony. I would recommend them. They are my go to limo company for sure!! Booked transportation-check. read more

We had this driver named brad and he definitely made my 18th birthday so so memorable. Brad picked us up right on time and drove safely to our first destination then we were hungry but didn't know where we could have a nice dinner so not only did he find us a restaurant but he also called the restaurant (which by the way was amazing) and made a reservation. After dinner we still had an hour to spare before we needed to head back home so he drove us to a beautiful hotel where we were able to walk around a pond/lake thing and listen to good music. Overall he made our night go so smoothly and he was truly just a cool guy. Thanks brad !! read more

I booked ultimate limousines for my wedding. Originally I rented two limos, one to pick up the groom at 2:45 and the other me at 3:00. The day before the wedding I received a call saying that one of the limos I rented was in another state so we would have to be picked up by one vehicle which meant an earlier time frame (groom time changed to 2) for us to be picked up in order to make it to the venue by 330 for our first look. Come the day of, the groom was picked up at 2:30 which caused me to be late not arriving to the venue until after 4 therefore our first look was missed. Not only were we late but the driver Martha was very unprofessional and drove so fast and reckless that we couldn't even enjoy the ride. It was so bumpy that champagne split on my wedding dress. I was very unhappy about this experience that I called Andy to complain. He said he would check and get back to me. I never received a call. I called back again 2 days later and the office assistant assured me I would receive a call that day. Still haven't heard back. I work in the customer service industry and this is by far the worst. From last minute changes to not accommodating to not following up. This is not the way to do business and I would never use or recommend this company again! read more

Great service and on time! Took mom to her favorite concert for her 70th birthday and surprised her with limousine service. She'd never been in a limo before! Michelle was great, got us there and back safely and we had a great time! Thank you for making her day special. Would highly recommend this service and we will definitely use them again! Got a limo for my bachelorette. We ended up getting a party bus and it was really nice, clean and roomy. They decorated with balloons and a banner and had drinks and a bottle of champagne for us. Tim was right on time and very professional. Overall it was a great experience. I wasn't planning on getting a limo for my bachelorette but I'm glad I did. All the girls loved it and we had a blast. I would definitely recommend. read more

Very unsatisfied with the poor service we received from Ultimate Limousine. If you want a cheap limo for a bachelor party or prom then this limo company, their vehicles and drivers should be fine. But if you want a limo for a formal event like a wedding, anniversary, business trip, etc., do not use this company. The limo that came to pick me up for my son's wedding was damaged down half of the drivers side. Although my contact Carol shared with me that it just happened a day earlier I wasn't happy to see that the interior was poorly kept as well. The biggest joke was actually the driver. Besides the fact that he was dressed like a sports event attendant he rarely opened the door for me, the bride and her bridesmaids. He was also extremely unhelpful with operating the light features and radio when we were having difficulty which is just ridiculous because its one of the reasons for renting the limo. Was far from the level and quality experience we were hoping for. read more

Best experience with ultimate limousine and our driver michelle who was very kind and gave us the best customer service ever she got us where we needed to be on time and was waiting for us as soon as we got out of the club! This place is great. I used them for my husband's birthday and everything went so smoothly. The driver, Joe, was on time and was very friendly. I had a tentative schedule for the night and he was great with getting addresses from me between each stop. He put out new glasses and napkins between each stop as well and was more than accommodating on anything that we wanted. The office was also very friendly and easy to get ahold of. This was the best way to get around LA hands down. I wish I could drive around this way all the time! read more

I reserved a bus this past Saturday for my brothers 30th birthday and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the bus.The bus was in terrible condition on both the outside and inside. The inside of the bus looked like it had not been cleaned from the previous use, the floor and seats were sticky from drinks being spilled on them and there was trash in between the window and seats that was visible from the outside. The driver was 20 minutes late and told me I needed to pay him $200 cash; this was not specified to me when I booked. I was told the remaining balance would be charged to my card the day of and no cash payment was required. Between the driver being late and trying to sort out the cash payment the driver required we didn't leave for our destination until 45 minuted after our scheduled pick up time. I would not use this service again or recommend them! read more

Carol the person that handles the initial call through booking was amazing! She was knowledgeable, personable and very sweet. We needed transportation along with a fun experience to drive our son and his friends to dinner in DTLA then to Santa Monica and home after. The bus arrived on time and the process for boarding went smoothly. The driver was knowledgeable about the area and got the kids to our destination in time despite horrendous traffic and some major detours. Overall, I would say they have great people working for them. We did have a bit of an issue with the sound system in the vehicle but as soon as the owner Andy was made aware he immediately called me and offered to remedy the situation which I really appreciate. We decided to give them another try for prom. I will post an update after that experience. Hoping for a 5 star experience this time! read more

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE/HORRIBLE ATTITUDE BY OWNER!!! I am not one to leave reviews often but felt this needed to be done as I have NEVER been treated this way! Let me start by saying that our driver (Eric) was the only positive we had with this company, even getting us 50-feet from the doors at drop off and pick up (Thank you). He is truly a professional and understands customer service! Beyond that, I can't emphasize enough what a complete lack of business skills (Andy) has in all ways! We used this company to go to a concert 30-minutes away. The limo was extremely hot and never cooled the entire way there, we were all dripping wet in sweat! Made Eric aware and he was very apologetic. When we got back in the limo after the concert, it was still fairly hot so we rolled down the two back windows. Once on the freeway, we attempted to roll the drivers side window back up, which didn't work, only to discover that it had shattered INSIDE THE DOOR! Now how can that happen?? We are a group of late 30's to mid 40's professionals who were not crazy. Even Eric testified to that to the owner. In the end we were charged for the window with no explanation. He tried to tell us that the tint held it together and then it was rolled down. NOT POSSIBLE! He charged us before calling back with the decision to do so. We never even opened or closed the door as the driver did that for us! So I called him this morning to ask for an explanation and he overtook the conversation not letting me speak otherwise. Trying to tell him that I am the customer to which he told me that I was NOT the customer. I was in the limo and paid my share as all 10 of us did!!! THAT MAKES ALL OF US CUSTOMERS! In the end he hung up on me! WHERE DOES THE CUSTOMER COME IN ON ALL OF THIS??? I understand that there was a repair involved! But clearly there was an issue with the window or mechanism. Proper customer service would have been to give the customer the benefit of the doubt! HOW ANDY HANDLED IT WAS NOT ACCOMMODATING! Furthermore, evidently I called him on his personal phone (only number I had) and yelled at me for that said he shouldn't be bothered with this. Maybe you shouldn't have called me back on that number. But it gets better! Later this evening I received a long text on my phone threatening to sue me and all of us for the negative review on Yelp! Now at this point I hadn't spoken to any of my group, wasn't aware anybody posted a review and hadn't posted my review yet. Just continues to bury himself and his company! Then the main contact in my group informed me he had just received a phone call from Andy who cussed him out with profanities and threats as well telling them we were causing him to lose business! The way you handle things, THREATENING PEOPLE, you have no right being in a service business, let alone business of any sort! read more

Will definitely be using them again!! Carol booked us and was the absolute best and very genuine. They were very professional and responsive. I've had limos no-show on me before from another company so I was paranoid. I knew with them I would be taken care of and had complete confidence. The limo that arrived was absolutely stunning and very clean on the inside. Our driver was the absolute best as well! Use this limo company!!!! You won't be disappointed:-) read more

I searched the web looking for reasonably priced Mercedes Sprinter for my son's prom. I found Ultimate Limousines I requested a quote and within minutes Andy called me back. I explained that I needed the newest Sprinter he had and how many kids it needed to carry. He also left me know that the car was ours for the duration of the time reserved and assured me the driver would stay in the area waiting for the kids. Basically we had a baby sitter (Lol). He sent me the quote and I was blowed away. It was so affordable that I couldn't believe it. He explained that I needed to put down a non-refundable deposit to secure the vehicle and date. The process was sooo easy, they called the day before to confirm pick up time and location. On the day of the event Tom pulled up in a brand new Mercedes Sprinter all lit up inside just beautiful. The driver was so cool, neat and professionally. He explained to me he would drop the kids and stay in the area so when they are ready they could give him a call. Even making sure I had his number . After the prom he brought the kids back to change clothes and took them to there next location. The service at this company is awesome and I would definitely recommend and use them again..... Do not confuse Ultimate Limo Riverside 951-977-9289 with Awesome Limo, also called Ultimate Limousine LA. 800 249-1466 ( who told me they were Ultimate Limo) From my experience Awesome Limo LA was horrible and I would never use them again. When I called Michael at Ultimate Limo Riverside to clarify companies, he explained he left the LA company because of their lousy service and poor practices. (See Ultimate Limousine for my full review of them.) Thank you Michael...I appreciate your credibility and willingness to please the client. I look forward to using your service in the future. read more

Mike was superduper!! My need for a limo was to pick up (8) 14 year olds at two different locations in riverside/corona and drive them safely to disneyland hotel, without adult supervision. I contacted him about a month before for my event to get prices and check availability etc. via phone and email. His prices were the best in the area (all inclusive) and due to his friendly, professional manner, he got the order. I finalized a few days before my event, as it was hard to get all kids to commit in a timely manner, and then we added more kids to the list, and that did not seem to be a problem for Mike. We started with 8kids, then down to 4, then back up to 8 again, and he was patient during this "wish washy" time :) Mike answered all of my concerns and made this transaction stress free. which was great as I live in OC and the kids were in Riverside area. He took care of everything via email and phone I was in charge of these children and he made sure they were taken care of safely. the boys said he was "nice and very cool" and tolerated their music choices. i was told the limo was new and cool and equipped. he had soft drinks ready for them and they had a blast!!! this was an experience the kids will never forget! I plan to do this every year for my son's bday and also use him for their upcoming dances, proms etc. I am also a wedding planner and will also be referring his service to my bridal clients. Thanks again MIke!!!! Style on a Shoestring Event Planning read more

I was referred to this company because of the outstanding customer service and value. The stretch limo ride to LAX arrived exactly on time at 5 am. It was super clean and white in color which was perfect. When they came to LAX after my vacation to pick up my wife, son and I Lorenzo had a sign with my name on it. It was a perfect welcome home sign. He immediately grabbed our luggage and we were off. This was a town car that was stretched and probably the most comfortable limo ride ever. My son passed out within minutes and I listened to the Dodger playoff game. Thank you Ultimate Limousine for starting off my vacation and ending it with ultimate luxury. read more

Ultimate Limousines services started off bad from the beginning. I rented a 20 passenger Cadillac Escalade for a prom on 04-19-14. My first issue started with the driver Brad arriving 10 minutes late to my home, which was the first pick up destination at 5:30 PM. Once at the second pickup destination arrival 6 PM, Brad was unprofessional while handing out his business cards to a potential patron, and gave a snide remark to the patron which was my guest. From that point Brad refused to follow my instructions at the Dos Lagos which was the second meeting and departing destination to Soka University. I felt since I was the parent that booked and provided the credit card, and made sure he was paid before the first departure, that I had the right to give him instructions about the time to depart from Dos Lagos once all of the prom guest were in the vehicle ready to depart to the prom, being that, that is what he told me at my home when he made the first pickup. He then insisted that he was instructed by the passengers to wait. I said to him " I'm the one who booked this and signed the paperwork, you are to follow my instruction and not the instructions of the passengers which were minors." Brad never followed through with my instructions and departed at 7:08 PM against my wishes. This all occurred do to one of the passengers being late. At the end of the night several of the the prom party stated that they were on the side of the rode due to error of the GPS. This incident caused them to arrive to the prom destination approx 20 minutes late which started at 8 PM. Once they arrived to Soka University Brad then instructed the prom guest to exit their prom 15 minutes prior to the prom ending, so that he did not have to deal with traffic. The prom ended at 12 AM, he had no right to give the prom party those instructions. He cheated them out of 15 minutes of there prom in which they already had lost 20 minutes due to error of GPS, so in actuality they lost 35 minutes of their prom. Not only did he do the aforementioned, he arrived to the final destination, Dos Lagos at 12:50, 10 minutes earlier then what he told the parents before the departed to Soka University. Brad's instructions to the parents was to be back at Dos Lagos at 1 AM. Too make things worse he left 3 of the prom guest unattended, when he clearly had 30 minutes to spare until his last drop off at 1:30 AM, which was about 15 minutes away from my home the final drop off destination at 1:30 AM. Brad was very argumentative during our conversation once he arrived to my home before 1:15 AM. Brad did not render the service he was supposed to provide, because he arrived late to my home for the first pickup destination, and was also late arriving to the prom. I was also displeased with his supervisor Andy because at some point he tried to validate Brad's inappropriate actions. I will never suggest Ultimate Limousines to anyone nor will ever request their lousy service again. TWO THUMBS DOWN TO ULTIMATE LIMOUSINE Cyn Corona, CA read more

No customer service skills by andy - the GM, who's very full of himself... Driver was good, though a little late... Party bus was not what was promised - separate rooms meant the guests couldn't sit and party together... hand holds came off - in disrepair, when anyone tried to dance while holding on... Empty alcohol containers found inside bus, which led to the entire party being subjected to Breathalyzer testing, and missing portions of the Prom. Phone call Complaint was met with several "you don't know what you're talking about", "we didn't put the bottle on the bus... it's not our fault". Ultimate Limos does not accept any responsibility for their lack of service read more

I must say that I was highly impressed with their service. I do have my own particular limo service that I deal with but this time he was unable to accommodate due to it being last minute and all... So I had to shop for one... Which in my case I wasn't used to... But after looking around, speaking with different services... I came across Carol at Ultimate.. She had exactly what we were looking for and the price was right as well... Her service was impeccable to say the least... No hiccups and hassle free. The limo driver Jameel (I may be spelling that incorrectly, forgive me) was prompt and on time... Didn't rush and even allowed my daughter and date to take a few photos with him as well... Along with some other admirers....lol... Poor fellow... He probably was NOT expecting that but he took it all in stride...hahaha... So Kudos to Carol and Jameel for taking care of our daughter's prom needs.. Will DEFINITELY utilize your services in the near future... Thanks so much!!! read more

He showed that he cared about making my sister happy it wasn't just about making a deal and he succeeded at the end my sister got what she wanted and Andy made sure we had enough time to do what we had planned for her. What a horrible service!!!! I booked a limousine from this service almost a month and a half in advance of my wedding in DEC 2013. I booked a ten person Chrysler 300 limo. Everything at that point seemed fine. The night before my wedding about eight or 9 PM I received a call from the limo service stating that the Chrysler 300 would not be available. The service stated that they would send a comparable limousine to serve my wife and I on our wedding day. At this point I had no choice but to accept. The main purpose of the limo was to drive my wife from the hotel to the venue and then my wife and I from the venue to the reception. When the limo arrived it was in terrible condition. The windshield was cracked the interior was very worn and dingy with holes in the seat. The bar had an already open beverage in it. I was not too pleased. The day following the wedding I contacted the mgr and communicated all the issues with the service condition of the vehicle. He gave me the run around and kept saying that he could not believe the limo was in this condition. I was very embarrassed to know I put my wife in a vehicle like that and would not recommend using this service because you might not get the service you requested. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Would never use them again read more
