I was so excited to book a limo for my daughters prom , this was gonna be a night to remember until I called this company... I've had bad service in my life but this is beyond. My daughter and her boyfriend were left stranded!!! On prom night in the middle of downtown la. I called the driver over 40 times and I'm not exaggerating. When I called the company to complain and let them know what happened, the owner blamed me! I'm beyond shocked . I wish I would have read the reviews first! I learned the hard way... this company sucks beyond belief. I'm only leaving a star cause my phone won't send this read more

I wish I could leave no stars. They ruined my daughters prom and then did not offer any sort of apology let alone any compensation. The driver clearly fell asleep and completely ignored my daughter as she tried for hours to get in touch with the driver. Do not hire this company!!! read more

This company literally made our bachelorette weekend by providing us with a beautiful party bus for 14 people, a super sweet and professional driver, and great communication leading up to the event. Our driver was so punctual for every stop, pick up and drop off. They provide sodas and water and ice, and abilities to play music from your phone. They also had a radio, but we chose our own playlist. Andy, our reservation guy, gave us a great deal and was so impressive with his no tricks, honesty, and efficiency with all the info. I was so relieved when we decided to go with this company over the rest. Thank you for being a legit business who wants to provide people with a great time and worry-free evening. Thank you for a memorable time! read more

Great service driver was on time Limo was superb everything about this place was great thanks Andy

ZERO Star for this company. I booked Limo for a pickup from LAX and Escalade shows up. When I complained to the owner, he threatened me that my girls whom they were picking up will be dropped in the side of the Road. I had to call 911 for safety. I also guess, it's the time when you book order they put anything and they question on the data afterwards. I booked for 2 people and the order shows 1. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THEM. read more

We got a 23 person party bus for an event at the Hollywood bowl last Saturday. The woman on the phone that I worked with was so pleasant and gave me a great price. The bus was immaculate! However I wouldn't reccomend putting more than 20 in it. Our driver, Ty, was on time and friendly and made it easy to get in and out of the venue. Great time! I'll definitely use your services again! read more

I contacted Ultimate limousines for a last minute surprise birthday wine trip to Temecula. Carole immediately helped me plan a bus to fit 20 people. She was so sweet and even coordinated decoration on the bus and champagne for the birthday girl! Sophia was the best driver!!! She was so patient and professional handling our huge crazy party and knew exactly where to pick us up and drop us off throughout Temecula. Not to mention, the bus was completely new and clean. We had a blast and I've never been on a party bus that operated so smoothly and went the extra mile from start to finish. I was completely impressed and would definitely recommend them to anyone. This will be my new go-to company, and if I could request Sophia again, I will! We loved her! read more

My experience was with the Riverside office of this company... But I was upset with the customer service enough that I checked their website to find other locations of the same company... Run away from this company! We ordered a limo for Prom. They changed the limo last minute and charged me extra for it. Talked to the driver's supervisor Andy who explained that he would only charge me the total on our quote. They lied and charged me the extra amount. Then they promised that they would fix it, but now will not return calls or e-mails. There are plenty of other Limo services out there... Find another read more

A group of us went to the Pink concert on 6/2/18. The driver was on time and courteous. He didn't complain about taking pictures of all us by the limo. The drive to the Forum was quick and easy. I would highly recommend this limo company to my friends and family. read more

I was celebrating my 25th Wedding Anniversary and decided to Limo it to LAX. Andy and his drivers were amazing, very professional and prompt. I also used a Sedan to pick us up and it was perfect the driver notified me of his arrival and waited patiently as we went through customs. He was waiting in the exit area with a sign with our name on it so he was easy to find and had a cart for my luggage. Very professional and reasonable in price. Hired this company twice. 1st time, Asked for a party bus. Day of the event, I get a call from Andy saying the party bus broke down and they were sending an excursion. Sucks, but OK, whatever. Most everything went smoothly with the exception of the limo being filthy on the inside and no glasses for drinks. We had to stop at the store to grab solo cups. Ended up hiring them again because they were the cheapest, and I also figured I could tell them at the time of booking about what had happened the 1st time and it wouldn't happen again. 2nd time, booked for an event well ahead of time. A family emergency came up and cancelled via email, then by phone with Andy himself. Andy tried to talk me out of cancelling since it was still more than 2 weeks away. Even after I told him it was a family emergency that was gonna kindda wipe me out for a bit. This was more than 2 weeks before the scheduled event. Well ahead of their "7 day cancellation period". Night of the would-be, now cancelled event, a driver shows up at my house. I show the driver the email, and advise him I cancelled the trip weeks ago. He leaves. Next thing I know, there's a charge on my card for the full amount. Get a hold of Andy, to dispute the charge. Says he'll refund, we even told him to keep the deposit, even though it was obviously their mistake. He says Ok. Don't hear anything for over a week, try getting a hold of him again and can't. Eventually he gets on the phone and says he just hasn't gotten around to it. Next time we call, he pretends not to remember anything about saying he'd issue a refund and blamed us for not cancelling, even though I sent him proof of the cancellation email and exact date/time that I called on the phone to cancel. There may be many good reviews on here for this company, but heaven forbid you have to cancel, or you have some kind of a gripe with them, just kiss your money goodbye. This is probably the cheapest company you'll find, but you'll definitely get what you pay for. Word of advice, if you cancel a trip, do yourself a favor and cancel your credit card while you're at it, because you'll probably get charged. read more

We had one of the 26 person party buses. Booking was quick and easy with Carole who made great suggestions. Pick up was flexible on the day of the event. The bus was great! I'm never using this company again!!! I hired this company to celebrate my birthday and the driver (joe ) was extremely rude to my guest and I! The limo/bus was leaking from the roof (it was raining) & we kept getting wet! I never requested the driver to come back to pick us up but he did and said if we didn't get in, he would still charge my card since he had been waiting outside for us. He charged my card three times. Once for the ride to the restaurant & twice for the ride back! I called to complain the next morning & the owner finally called me back after 3 days. He offered a small discount if I ever want use them again but didn't believe what I was telling him! He said his vehicles don't have leaks and that his driver has been with him for 18+ years! Please save your money and look for another company. read more

Allow me to explain my experience with Ultimate Limousine.... (and to be honest, I really would like to post this on Yelp BUT I want to give your company a chance to fix this and make me a happy customer) This is what I sent them in an email also, but still no response. First, I call to get a quote... after calling several limousine companies including Perfect Limousine, I chose to go with your company. So I call back to book the reservation. I specified all the stops needed because it was complicated. I needed pick up at 3:00pm for the bridal party in Fontana and drop off at Upland (wedding location), then to Rialto to pick up the grooms party and take them to Upland (wedding location) to arrive by 4:00pm. Then at 9:45pm the grooms party needed a ride back in the limo to the Rialto location. And a separate car (town car) was also reserved to pick up the bride & groom to take them to Rancho Cucamonga (hotel). The quote was $450 for the limo and $150 for the town car since I had asked if she can price match the town car quote I received from Perfect Limo and she said yes. This price was supposed to include the tip. I made the reservation on October 14th (sent them my call log), gave Carol my card info so I can pay the deposit, $100 on the limo and $50 on the town car. A few days passed and I noticed the card was not charged. I wondered if she took my card info but wasn't going to run it until the wedding?? But she said it was going to be ran that day. I waited because she was so nice on the phone that I thought I would give her a chance to do what she needed to do... A few days later I called to verify everything was still 'a go'; I called and spoke with Carol again and she said that she couldn't find the card info and didn't know why she did that but as a courtesy she would only charge me $50 deposit for the town car for the error. I again went thru all the stops just to make sure we were on the same page. She assured me we were and that all the stops were covered. I called the day of the rehearsal (October 29th) to again make sure all the stops were covered and so another person can make a payment of $250. I spoke with Andy and while trying to explain the stops again, he cut me off and said 'says here bride will direct driver on order of stops'. I was like, ok thank you but in my head, not sure he understood what I was trying to say... but Carol wrote everything down so we should be ok... When the driver arrived at the Fontana location to pick up the bridal party, I was shocked at his appearance. His suit was wrinkled and dirty and on top of that had an odor... it was too late to cancel at that point since the wedding began in two hours. So, I just verified all the stops again and he said he didn't have the evening pickup with the limo just the town car. I explained again that I had went thru all the stops with Carol. He called the office and spoke to a lady, not Carol, who began to argue with him. He eventually gave me the phone and she began yelling at me saying that your company wouldn't do that and that I would have to be charged another $330 for the night pick up. I tried to explain the conversation I had with Carol but she kept yelling at me and interrupting me. Being that I was at my daughter-in-law's house I tried to keep my cool as much as possible and explain to her but she wasn't listening so the driver took the phone back and said that he would just do the night run and that you 'all can deal with Carol to figure it out. So we stood there trying to figure out the runs and the cost. His receipt only showed a cost of $330; I explained that is not what I was quoted and as I was trying to explain I was cut off and I asked him to please listen to me that I was not quoted that amount that I was quoted more, $450 and that I wasn't trying to cheat them out of money I just want to make sure we have a ride home and I pay what I was quoted. He looked surprised that I said more and said ok and wrote up the receipt. Due to all the confusion and rush we were in I didn't check the receipt that I signed until the next day and noticed it was $230. I took Monday off due to the wedding and thought I could just call Tuesday and take care of it. Well I noticed my bank account was charged $280 and the $150 for the town car (which is fine). Plus, when my husband and the grooms party were picked up from the Rialto location he said that there was still trash in the limo from the first run. My husband used to drive for Dream Limousine a few years back and said this was the number one rule of driving, to always clean out the trash and have everything fresh for the next pick-up. He was quite disappointed. Then on the way back to Rialto we were listening to the radio when it suddenly stopped working. This means that the total paid to your company was $730! read more

Proceed with caution because you just never know what you're going to get with the guy that runs this place! I have used this service 4 or 5 times and I have had some kind of issue nearly every time! After they screwed up the pick-up date and left me stranded at the airport (partially my fault for not scruitinizing the confirmation more closely) I decided I was done for good. But when the owner learned of my situation (because I posted here) he sent a car to get me and discounted my rate. When I mentioned to him this wasn't the first time we'd spoken (because I had encountered problems in the past and he promised to make it up to me on my next trip but never remembered anything about it when it came time to cash-in) he, again, promised to make it up to me on my next trip! Well I just had that trip and here we are again! The trip to the airport went without fail and I paid the amount I was quoted. However, when it came time to charge me for the trip home, I called in and asked to add an additional tip for the driver. However, when the charge hit my card, it included an extra $35 because the driver had to wait at the airport longer than expected (completely beyond my control) and I only get 30 minutes for free! So this is how he pays me back for the problems of the past! By bilking me for another $35... gee, THANKS! You've officially lost my business! When the owner started giving me his song and dance explantion of the additional charge, I ended the call because it was worth sacrificing the $35 to avoid hearing another word from his mouth! Good riddance! read more

I had a horrible experience with this company. I booked an SUV limo for my wedding. First, the limo driver arrived twenty minutes late to the hotel. Then, she said she could not pull into the driveway at the hotel because if she did, she would have a hard time backing out of it. So in my 4 inch heels and in my white gown, along with my bridesmaids, we had to walk about a block to the limo in summer heat. We get inside the limo and it is like we stepped into an oven. We asked the driver to please put the A.C. on and she said it was broken. It was 93 degrees that day and my bridesmaids and I were sweating like crazy in that limo. Heat combined with wedding makeup and hair is not a pretty combo! We were melting. We rolled down the windows but since it was so hot, it didn't help at all. I called the customer service line requesting another SUV limo with A.C. and they said that they would send one to the church for a switch. So after our wedding mass, my husband and I walk outside to see what looks like a senior citizen bus waiting for us. I was so embarrassed because someone thought the "party bus" they sent instead of a SUV limo like we requested was transportation for my disabled grandmother and tried to load her on. I called the company the next day requesting a discount or refund and I was told that Andy, the "only person who could help me," was on vacation and he'd call me back. I called the company again after a week and again after two weeks with no response and even emailed Andy but I never got a response from him. All of the vendors at my wedding were wonderful except for this company! My wedding pictures include this eye sore "party bus" so I'll remember it for a lifetime. Terrible service! read more

**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY** The night started off well with the driver Pernel Peter showing up slightly early for us to load coolers etc.. onto the Party Bus. Pernel asked for payment before leaving for our destination of San Diego. We counted the money together and because he did not have change for $20, the total was $10 short which I told him I would give to him when we got down to San Diego and he agreed that would be fine. After arriving to San Diego and dropping us off at our destination he called me and said "when I pick you guys up you will have the rest of the money for me right". I proceeded to ask him what money. I thought he was referring to the $10. He said you only gave me $880 instead of $990. Instead of $10 he's now wanting $110. After a conversation back and forth that clearly was not going anywhere his boss Andy called me. Andy was not helpful in any way and sided with Pernel the entire time. Paying cash I had no proof of what I had given him and it was his word against mine. What made matters worse is that he was not going to take our group back without the additional $100. I had no choice but to pay them the extra $100 on top of the $990 I was quoted which included tip already. I could not believe they put us in that position being so far from home, we had already been drinking on the trip down, and completely took advantage of us. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Thank you... read more

Disappointing. :/ it was a last minute decision and the price is great. Our driver was friendly. However, requested transportation that could seat 13 people comfortably and we all had to cram in and barely fit. Also, I paid for the bachelorette party package, was told limo would come decorated with 'bride to be' sign, balloons and champagne for 13. There was ice but no champagne, not even enough cups for everyone. The was One Single blue Balloon on the floor..and a Happy Birthday banner instead of the 'bride to be' banner. The bride to be is my best friend and it was an EMBARRASSING moment when the driver opened those doors. We will laugh about it later..but thats not what we paid for. :( read more

This has been the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. First they called to change my reservation time the day before, after telling me when I first booked with them that other limo companies would try to do that but not them. What a joke!! I was nice enough to change it to work with them. Then they sent a bus with the pipe dragging on the floor to pick us up, and then proceeded to see if we could "Mickey mouse" something with a wire just to get us there. Then once we are there the driver would go to an auto shop to get it fixed and would be back in one hour. Really..one hour is all it would take at an auto shop..not sure what auto shop they use. Not even once did they apologize for this inconvincence. My husband and another man were under the bus trying to fix it for THEM!! That is crazy!! I should send THEM a bill!! I highly suggest you place your valuable time and safety in a company other than this Ultimate Limo Company. They boast of quality, but all we ended up receiving was a disappointment. They showed up late with a dragging muffler which was not only unsightly but unsafe. They had no legal drivers license plates on the vehicle as well. The only consolation the manager offered was a smaller bus that wouldn't arrive for 1-2 hours which he would not discount us for,and did not deliver because we chose to no longer do business with such an unprofessional person who places money above all else, including safety and concern for his clients. May I add that his unprofessionalism includes hanging up the phone in mid-conversation! If I could give a negative star, then that would be this companies score. On a Thursday I called to book a ten passenger limo for a one way point-to-point ride from Westwood to the Staples Center, for the following Sunday afternoon, the day of the Grammy Awards. The agent on the phone quoted me a price of $165 plus gratuity. I gave my credit card info and received an email confirmation. On Saturday morning, the day before my pickup, at noon I received a call from someone named Andy at Ultimate Limousines. Andy told me he was calling to confirm my reservation, and that the cost would be $270, including gratuity. I told Andy that the price quoted to me on Thursday was less. He said since it was the day of the Grammy Awards, there was a several hour minimum, and the agent who helped me made an error when quoting me the price. He told me there was no way he would honor my reservation as is, and suggested I either find another limo service or agree to pay the higher amount. I told him that the error was not mine, and proper customer service would be to honor the quoted amount. He said he would be "losing money" at the quoted rate. I highly doubt that, since the ride would be about 45 minutes, and this is their standard rate for a point-to-point on non-Grammy weekend. In actuality, he really meant to tell me that he wasn't making as much money as he could with the vehicle otherwise on this busy Sunday. I assume he simply preferred not to say this. I told Andy I was not at all happy about how this was being handled, and that as a business owner, I on occasion had to make things right for a customer when an employee made an error, even if it cost me money. He could care less. I told him I'd check around and see what other limo options were available at this late stage, 24 hours before the event. I made about 4 calls to other limo operators and all were completely booked. I called Andy back and realizing I had no other options, told him I'd pay the $270... the one-way ride SHOULD have cost me $165 plus about $35 tip, or $200. I had no issues with the car, driver, or actual service... it was simply how the reservation was handled, and the extra $70 they charged me, which I had no way around... arguing with Andy on the phone would have probably led to no vehicle showing up on the day of the Grammys... read more

Out of 10 women, none of us could figure out the limo stereo. Renee pulled over and came back and helped us pair an iPhone to the system and we were soon rolling with our own pandora station!!! We were safely driven to our destination and as I got out Renee called my phone again so that I would have her number handy to call when we were ready to pick up! When we finished our dinner I called and she was there in a minute. She was polite and professional and dropped us back off at the campground!!
