When you first walk in, you'll see the front desk with product lines up behind it (I am a sucker for when things are satisfying to the eye) and he greets you & tells you to sit in his chair. He asked her what she would like to do and also asked if she had any pictures. After seeing her vision, he instantly took off about 4-5 inches of length (so satisfying to watch). He then went around and touched up some edges, took her back to wash it, and continued to cut wet. He then blew dried and cut a bit more before asking what she thought and offered doing it a few more different ways, but all the while, making sure it was what she wanted. Sofia did my Keratin treatment, and my hair results were fabulous, straight, and shiny. She explained to me the maintenance that I needed to follow at home. Inna did my hair consultation for extensions and explained all the details about hair type, price, and the procedure. Before installing my extensions, I need it to colored my hair (dark brown). I got an appointment with Alex, and I couldn't believe how good it looked vibrant, glossy color. I left the salon super happy, but I still wasn't done. My last step was with Inna to get my extensions. Inna had my extensions ready to go with the same color as mine. The extensions are hand-made human hair. The installation took 5 hours, and they went fast. I enjoyed my time with her. Coffee is delicious. I did two rows, and the results were amazing. I felt like a different person. The extensions are light and invisible. You don't see them. My hair and the extensions are identical texture and color. I'm extremely happy with my hair! I recommend Inna and her team.
