Ordered through their site, sent me the accessories box only and never the actually bodykit. i am having to file a lawsuit against these scam artists because they fraudulently provided shipping from of the first half of the shipment claiming it was shipped when in fact the packing slip and box clearly say there is another separate shipment that will come with the actual kit. called and emailed multiple times with zero communication from them. alright reported to BBB. Ordered through their site. Price was lower than competitors. Next day they canceled the order stating typographical error. Typographical errors would be if the wrong price was entered on the site. This product was sold at that price prior. This was an artifact of the company not keeping their prices up to date. The company uses the term loosely in lieu of having a web marketing team. I would have probably glazed over it but there was ZERO negotiation to resolve the problem. They just canceled the order then updated their products price. After two communication attempts I finally got to talk to a person where she stated "if we had to honor all these discrepancies we wouldn't be in business". I get it but it shows how diss-jointed they are with their suppliers and their on-line business. Says a lot about the businesses values. I'd stay clear of the company.. read more

Great products at great prices and excellent customer service! Knowledgeable staff and mechanics! We bought a 92 EZGO cart and contacted Ultimate Golf Carts in Rogers. The staff helped us get the supplies for a tune up kit and used tires. They also helped order seat covers. The new seats look amazing! Awesome work! We just bought a back seat and mirrors for the cart tonight. They listened well and helped us get exactly what we needed and gave ideas for future improvements. read more

I purchased a Golf Cart from Ultimate Golf Carts in Rogers in December 2021. I loaded it up, brought it home and drove it off the trailer into a heated garage. The next time I got on it to drive it was in early march. The battery was near dead and made a faint noise for a few seconds and died. I put it on a charger and it would not charge. I tried jumping it from my vehicle and no luck. I figured I had a bad battery. I live over an hour away and called the shop and asked what I needed to do. They said bring the entire golf cart in and they would look at it. I asked it they could check the battery while I waited and if it was bad could they switch it while I waited due to my distance from their location. The guy on the phone checked with his Service Manager and said that would be fine. I arrived the following day as I explained I was coming the following day, so they were aware. When I arrived they said I could not wait for it and that a bad battery was not covered under the warranty, despite the fact that I had not even driven the cart. I was upset, left and purchased a new battery and it is working great. I would not consider it good service when I spent over $10,000.00 on a cart and not warranty the battery. They said it would be up the battery manufacturer. I am not sure what would have happened if the headlight was out or some other issue, if I would have had to contact the that company. I was told I had a one-year warranty. read more

Let's just start by saying we are difficult customers who thoroughly research, visit and sleep on it before we make a decision. When we finally landed on Ultimate golf carts it was for many reasons. First of all the service was exceptional. Tucker helped us and was continually available to us in person and by phone. He is knowledgeable, listens to ALL our questions and importantly respected both of us as equals (sometimes salesmen hyperfocus on the male). Secondly, the selection of unique carts was wonderfully outrageous. Such cool designs and options!!! We are beyond pleased and have already recommended Ultimate to family. Buyer beware poor customer service , shoddy work. I bought a golf cart from them , had them add a lift , wheels and tires , head lights tail lights and a rear seat. After I picked it up I went for a drive around my neighborhood. After driving it maybe 500 ft the rear drivers tire fell off..... I put the tire back on (I found 3 lug nuts on the street) and decided to go over every thing they did. Every other tire had at least one lug nut very loose some had 2 loose. The entire rear suspension lift was so loose I could turn the bolts by hand , both rear shocks were also so loose I could turn the nuts. Then I got to the rear seat they put on , every nut and bolt was loose.. I called and asked for the owner/ manager , was told they would have the owner call me back. When I did (half hour later) receive a call back it wasn't the owner, it was a sales person. They said the owner said they would send out a tech. I laughed and said I already tighten everything up, that none of their techs were going to touch my golf cart seeing they couldn't do it right the first time. She said they have two tech check over all carts after tgey are done, like I was lying. Now I didn't want anything more than an apology and to let them know what happened . The fact that the owner didn't even have to respect to call me back personally and I received no apology or the second call back I was told they would do. I will never come back and will never recommend this company to anyone. read more

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with these jerks, my experience was terrible, in my opinion, the ads were misleading, the product was not as advetised and their "customer service" was non existant. If you use them, don't forget to read and understand the "return policy" they will get you if you don't. I'll certainly never use them again. read more

If youi are looking at their Craigslist ads be aware - many of the carts they list are not actually for sale - they will build them for you. Call in advance to make sure what you are looking at is actually in stock. It seems very misleading to me. read more
