Avoid this place! Do not come here. Literally, go anywhere else. I got one pair of pants hemmed and he charged me $100! On top of the OUTRAGEOUS price, it wasn't even done right! The pants originally had a serged hem and now it has a single fold hem that makes the pants lay oddly. When I dropped the item off, he didn't mention the price. This is a scam. Terrible prices and even worse quality of work. My pants are now ruined. read more

The clothes came out okay, but the prices are nearly 300% higher than the cleaners on the next corner! BEWARE!!!!!, Stay away from this people !!!!!! I took a very expensive dress (Versace) worn once on Christmas in to have two small oily spots removed, I showed the lady the spots, and ask her to be careful, I Repeat to her, please be careful its silk! She called me after 6 days( one day before I had to get it back,)and she informed me the dress has a hole in it and they cannot clean it (funny how the hole mysteriously appeared in the spot where the oily spot was). When I went to pick up the next day, her husband told me he couldn't fix because there was a hole in it. He then accused me of bringing a dress into them with a hole in it and repeated several times "I know your kind of people" and accused me of brining the dress in with a hole, he called me a lair !!! This man was very disrespectful and I was emotional and upset and ask what they were going to do. I was told to get out of his place and he threw my dress on the counter. This man was so disrespectful my husband came back to the store with me and demanded an appology. The man continued to smirk and told us to leave the store, the man did not act disrespectful with my husband there as he did when I was alone. I was treated extremely bad, and accused of attempting to scam them when they ruined this dress. After reading the reviews on this place I wish I would have read them before going there!!!This place is a ripoff and they don't won up to damaging customers clothes, very disrespectful and very rude. I came back from a weekend in TJ with a surprise big, long smear of gum stuck to my favorite jean capris. I brought my new find to Ultimate Fabricare. First a woman took a look at the gum and asked me what it was. I had attempted to freeze the gum with an ice cube after reading some methods of removal of gum on garments. She asked about the water stain. She then went to get a male employee and she reiterated the issue to him, he took the jeans back into his shop and then came out a few moments later saying he had removed the gum but now there was a stain. He explained that he may not be able to get that stain out or, if he did, the chemicals used may take away some of the jean's dye. He told me not to be angry if he does continue to work on the stain and I come back to find them not fully restored to their beautiful original condition. Well, long story short, I was impressed with their immediate attention to the matter by taking the jeans back and working the gum out right away, their honesty in what I could expect, and, most so, impressed that when I returned a few days later (and they were ready before the anticipated date) the stain was completely gone and my favorite jeans looked brand new! I honestly wasn't expecting them to be fixed so I didn't even open the plastic wrap. I just sadly paid the fee, already resigned to the notion that my favorite jeans were ruined and scared to look, and the man had to say, "stain is removed" for me to realize the happy truth. I was so happily surprised and so impressed that the first words out of my mouth were, "really? Wow! Good job!" Good job, indeed, Ultimate Fabricare! And thank you much! read more

Don't go to this place!!!! They ruin my $200 designer pants. Dropped off to get some stain off. When picked up the pants, the stain area are still there and worse area got discolored by the chemical they use. The owner (some korean old dude) made up some excuses about the fabric. I had to toss out the pants as it can't be worn. Long story short, he has the audacity to want to charge me the dry clean fee. Told him no way. I never go back to this place. I rarely need dry cleaning or sowing services but on a day when one of newly acquired ankle weights ripped , I went to the neighboring dry cleaning place called ultimate fabricare. The Korean gentleman was very nice and sowed my ankle weights without any charge . He also was very humble and showed me awards that were given to him in his past time. My cousin just bought a pair of ankle weights from a seller off of Amazon. He brought them out today a week later for the first time since they were delivered. He gave me the privilege to dawn them first. I ran for three miles before they ripped. The Korean man here at Ultimate Fabricare told me what I should do and it was repaired within minutes. This dry cleaner is fabulous. They provide great service and great cleaning. I got my sweater washed here and I got it back with absolutely no lint inside and out and no chemical smell. My toddler was with me, and the man working there was so nice to both of us, and gave her a little fan toy that made her day... and mine (new toys while running errands = happy toddler = happy mama)! This is the 6th or 7th time that I have used this place. I have used them in the past for tailoring pants and dry cleaning. They have always been pretty good. This time I took a brand new suit in to be altered and pressed. I showed up right at 6pm, which is when the close, apparently. I asked the lady if she could tailor my suit and she looked up at the wall clock for a few seconds. She was looking at the clock and deciding if she wanted to take on the job. She quickly pinned the hem of the pants and that was it. I thought that the sleeves needed work but she didn't want to do them. After I left the suit with them, I realized that she didn't ask me if I wanted cuffs or plain hems. So I turned around to let them know. I went to pick up the suit a week later and paid about $30. Also I noticed that they took my good hanger, but I let it slide. I took the suit home and went to try on the pants and noticed a hole near the waistband. I went back to the place the next day and showed it to the lady and she said that she never saw the hole. I figure that she made the hole and didn't notice that she had made it. Or, she didn't make the hole and I brought it in that way from the suit store and never noticed it. Since I wasn't 100% sure, I figured that I would eat the cost of the pants and I wanted to see if they would refund the $30 for the pressing and tailoring, since the pants were unusable to me now, and there is a good possibility that they made the hole in the pants. I thought that this was fair, but the lady said that she was not going to do that. I am disappointed in the service at this place and will not be going here anymore. read more
