I cannot recommend Elle enough! She is truly the sweetest photographer I've ever worked with, and…read morethe entire experience--from start to finish--was nothing short of amazing. I first discovered Elle through an ad for her 40 Over 40 campaign and the moment I saw her work on social media, I knew I wanted to book. This shoot ended up being especially meaningful to me, as I used the photos to celebrate my second anniversary of being cancer-free. From the very first consultation call, Elle was incredibly thoughtful and intentional. She took the time to really understand my vision and made sure she could execute it perfectly. On the day of the shoot, everything exceeded my expectations. The hair and makeup artist she works with was phenomenal, and Elle herself was so patient, gentle, and accommodating throughout the entire day. She made sure I was comfortable at all times, checked in with me constantly, and ensured I got every pose, angle, and shot I wanted. I never felt rushed--we had the whole day, she took so many photos, and it was genuinely so much fun. Her calm, kind energy made the experience feel safe, joyful, and empowering. Elle is also incredibly organized and meticulous, which I deeply appreciate. And the turnaround time? Unreal. I had only asked if it might be possible to get one edited photo before my cancerversary date and told her I didn't mind waiting for the rest--but she delivered the entire album in about 24 hours! I was blown away. When I say I'm obsessed with the photos... I mean it. They are absolute perfection--my favorite photos of myself to date. And on top of that, she generously included several extra images, which was such a thoughtful surprise. Elle delivers not just stunning, high-quality photos, but genuine care and an unforgettable experience. She is worth EVERY penny, and I would book her again in a heartbeat.

(Short-and-sweet) Elle didn't just take my branding photos;…read moreshe created the most beautifully curated experience that brought my brand as a Realtor to life. With her gift for seeing what I couldn't yet see myself, she captured my brand flawlessly while making me feel completely supported and empowered every step of the way. (Longer version) From the start, I knew Elle's (EYP's) experience would extend far beyond just "taking pictures". She guided me with posing inspiration, prop ideas, outfit vision boards, and even ideas on how to use the photos and reels once we met for her reveal. She also arranged an on-site makeup artist and hairstylist, which meant one less thing to stress about that day and one more reason I felt so comfortable and cared for throughout the process. Her gorgeous studio (truly stunning and so intentionally designed!) is an experience in itself, with multiple setups, backgrounds, and lighting that added so much variety (and fun!) to the session. Most importantly, Elle challenged me to uncover how I wanted my brand to truly show up, and then captured it more beautifully and effectively than I ever imagined. Elle is the crème de la crème. If you are searching to elevate your brand and your business through photos that tell your brand's story, I honestly cannot recommend EYP's full branding experience enough! It was the single best decision I made for my business this year.

Genevieve was by far the best vendor we hired for our wedding. She has a very busy schedule, but…read morehas been involved and responsive from the first day I met with her through months after the wedding. At our first meeting, Genevieve helped guide some major decisions about our wedding based on her experience and expertise, including making suggestions regarding the schedule for the day, what time to start the ceremony for the best light, etc. I took every one of her suggestions and it paid off both in the experience of the day and the photos. She has a number of different photography packages offered for weddings and will even tailor them further for her clients. We received our final frames digitally less than four weeks after our wedding. I have had a number of friends comment on how amazing our pictures turned out, including a few married friends who said they wished they'd had so many great photos to choose from. Genevieve delivers both high quality and high quantity (she sent us nearly three times as many final frames as we contracted her for). Genevieve has shot 60+ weddings at the venue where we married, and her familiarity with the area showed on our wedding day. She was able to move efficiently and had an idea about how to structure our short photo session, but mixed it up and brought in backgrounds and angles I hadn't seen in some of her other shoots at this venue, so our photos felt highly structured but personalized. On the day of, she provided a very comfortable environment. I'm sure it's difficult to walk into such a personal event where everyone's expectations are high, immediately read the situation and assess the couple, and get to work. Genevieve hit the ground running with a great attitude and was encouraging and supportive. We didn't even notice her during the ceremony and reception, which was a great realization at the end of the night to have never felt there was a camera in our faces or in our guests' lines of sight. Bottom line - Genevieve is worth every penny.

I have never met a more unprofessional wedding photographer, and I have years of experience of…read morebeing an assistant to a wedding photographer. This woman showed up in a t-shirt style jumper and sneakers to start. Comfort and mobility are important working, but so is blending in with a formal environment of a wedding. She was frazzled and didn't provide any direction and didn't have a plan, even though she was supposedly familiar with the venue and should know what photos she planned on taking. While, we, the bridal party was getting hair and makeup done for the wedding, she was snapping stills of the brides accessories for close to an hour. Where did she take these photos of the accessories? On the floor in the bathroom. This caused her to break my 1890s diamond and pearl pendant that I was loaning the bride into multiple pieces. I have no idea if she stepped on it or knelt on it moving crap around, but when confronted she insisted it was in pieces when she was taking photos already. It wasn't, I had check it that morning before she touched it and the chain was found on the floor in the bathroom. The rare, baroque nature pearl was never found. I had no recourse because she deleted any photos that would have shown the whole necklace. She didn't even try to find the missing pieces or apologize. When she did finally get around to taking photos of the bridal party, well behind schedule, there were zero instructions. No one knew what photos were being taken, no one knew where to go for the photos. The bride had a surprise for the groom that she knew about, but was no where to be found when it showed up. She kept directing us to walk through the grass in heels and then would change her mind once we got there so we had to keep going back and forth in muddy grass getting our dresses and shoes dirty. She didn't do any photography basics of staging and posing the bridal party, flooding the dress or giving any direction on how to stand, turn and face her for good photos. There is some actual skill in taking a good photo, not just relying on photoshop to do it all for you. It is also not the bridal parties responsibility to set up the photo. I have never had to do so much work being the subject of the photo. The other wedding aids who have worked with her in the past confirmed that she is always behind schedule and less than professional. During the reception she was in the way of everyone dancing trying to get photos. Wedding guests were having to constantly move around her. Even without her destroying an heirloom necklace, she is not someone I would ever hire. I will say the bride and groom turned out beautiful, they are beautiful people and it's not hard to capture that. Following this review, they were contacted and begging to have it removed, so I did edited it. Once again they failed to take accountability for their mistakes and use a negative review to do better. Everyone deserves a chance to improve, but if they aren't willing to listen to criticism they never will. I wait to give reviews until I am no longer livid with the experience and can give a fair and accurate review. You don't have to be a paying customer to have a horrible experience with a business. Do better.

Amy has the uncanny ability to direct crowds (especially critical for an Indian Wedding) and was able to consistently put my nervous wife at ease. We clicked with them instantly and in my opinion, that's the most important thing when it comes to choosing a photographer. Their style fit perfectly with what we wanted, a photojournalistic recap of our wedding and that's exactly what we got. Everything was candid and felt natural (rather than forced portraits...). We could barely spot Srinu and the crew in the crowd but they got ended up getting every shot that we could have hoped for and all of them were fantastic quality. The video was top notch too - they were even able to create a quick wedding recap video to play at our reception on the same day (which got rave reviews from our guests). Considering how busy they were with all of their bookings during wedding season, their communication was remarkable. Amy usually responded to our inquiries within minutes and never left us hanging. They were especially flexible in providing us with a photo booth that we really wanted when it was a service they typically didn't offer - it ended up being a huge hit and is just one example of how they go above and beyond for their clients. Amy and Srinu were a true joy to work with and we'll definitely be using their services in the future. I'd highly recommend them to anyone for wedding, portrait or general photo/video services.
