After mentioning in an email that I had a Groupon, she wrote back saying, "You did not tell me you were using a Groupon" and said I had to pay several hundred dollars more. I explained to her that the Groupon made no mention of needing to pay any additional monies. Emails went back and forth and even after admitting that the Groupon did not mention needing to pay more, she still insisted I had to pay. I even offered to meet her half way and give her half of the money she requested, but that was not good enough. She still refused to provide service. She scammed me. Normally I wouldn't write a negative review and would just find another photographer, however, with newborn photography, you have to shoot the pictures during a short time frame. Because I set an appointment with her, and spent several days going back and forth with her, I was unable to make an appt with another photographer on such short notice and missed the window. Because of her, I missed out on professional pictures of my baby as a newborn. Shame on her for such poor customer service and business practices.
