At the time of acquiring this equipment, it was under different ownership. Once time came to remove the fence, new ownership was in progress. When I called for removal, I immediately got into contact with Misty (who is wonderful and extremely responsive). We needed this equipment removed straight away and Misty wasted no time whatsoever. The turnaround time she provided for us (even though she did not necessarily bring this equipment to the job originally) was immediate and extremely helpful. Not to mention, this was right at Thanksgiving. From what I understand, Misty and Aaron are the new owners of this business and based on my brief interaction with them, we will certainly be using them in the future whenever location of jobs permits. Thank you to both of you for such wonderful customer service!
