They were extremely rude with no remorse and claimed it wasn't their fault. When our sprinkler guy came to fix everything he confirmed that our lines were completely on our property and shouldn't have been hit. This was a $20,000 job for performance fencing. We paid for half of our side of this fence and they refused to even consider making it right by covering the $285 of damage they caused. It was dishonest and I'm hoping other people can avoid this frustration. Definitely use someone else.

Our old deck was showing it's age and we decided to have it replaced. We contacted Elevated Deck…read moreand Fence and met with Steven. He came over to the house and after talking with us about our vision for the new deck, he took some measurements and we got a quote for the new deck. We went to the showroom and got some samples of Trex decking and chose the color of decking we wanted. We also chose the material and stain color for the pergpla. They contacted us a couple weeks later and set a date for the start of construction. They arrived on the date promised and after the crew scoped out the job, they started tearing out our old deck. The new deck construction started immediately and in no time we had a new 26' X 16' deck and pergola. There were a few hiccups during the installation but the problems were resolved and , for the most part, the installation went smoothly. Steven, Jackson, Kai, and Kase were the pretty much the main crew that performed the installation. They are very responsive to scope changes and we couldn't be happier with our new deck. They even recommended a landscaper and sprinkler contractor to help with the remodel of the area around the deck. Great company to work with.

They gave a date when they would start, and they actually almost made the date - had to delay one week due to a significant snowstorm (and they informed us of the delay early - i.e. when the storm occurred). We've had work done many times, and meeting a committed start time is not that common. Given how great the deck went, we asked them to also build a pergola for us on the cement patio. They were extremely busy at this point, but as a previous customer, they fit us into their schedule. Again, fantastic job and we've enjoyed both for months at this point. Highly recommended!

He made sure that the changes we had to make were done right and the final product looks great.
