I had to call him repeatedly for 3 days to try and find out what he diagnosed. This is very bad business for the customer to have to try and track down the business owner for the results. I LOST $100 because he said over the phone "it will cost you $1,000 to repair the washing machine" and the sink (he never told me what was wrong) will cost you $350 to fix. A TOTAL RIP OFF

This is one of the higher rent locations: no tv, lousy wi-fi, dirty, & in poor condition. Do NOT rent here. Management makes minimal effort--lots of "we'll get to it" but little to no actual effort. Management quickly reached out in an effort to explain once this review was published. However, pest company discovered eggs in the frames of the beds b/c the initial spraying done by management was not sufficient to take care of the root cause. Again, this was an issue BEFORE our son lived here. A free dinner does not off-set the costs of having to remediate a problem/the inconvenience caused because the problem was not sorted before he arrived. We hope the steps currently taken of removing the infected bedframes & having processionals handle this issue are sufficient.
