It seems to be completely unmanned. There's 3 fully do it yourself, self service bays with Every possible attachment to thoroughly wash your own car. There's the usually keypad with payment options and a dial to select & change the wash mode using the high pressure hose. There's also a handheld blow dryer, a special multi colored soapy foam dispenser that is for an extra shine and a few others I didn't try. This is the Wow factor...theres an option to pay $5 and then it goes up in small increments. I rushed my $5 wash because I Fully expected it to shut off after about 4 minutes. I used the high pressure soap and then rinse, very quickly and then realized I had time to blow dry the car and then take out my filthy snow and salt covered floor mats. Eventually I ran out of things to wash and I had to hang up the nozzle and leave about 5 more minutes on the timer! The one downside, which is u avoidable in this area of the country in January, was that you need to be very careful while walking around and washing your car because the water has frozen around the area where your car is parked in the bay. All 3 bays seemed to have equal amount of snow, ice and slushy water. I normally would've just kept driving & wouldn't have risked a slipping but IT WAS WORTH IT! PS-I literally hesitated for a second before I added this business to Yelp because my Id brain squawked and told me if more people find out about it, the prices (& maybe the high quality) would change. The experts at Auto Express exceeded my expectations -- the car was really filthy when I brought it in and now it's clean and fresh. The surfaces are smooth and all the stickiness from years of smoke has been eliminated. There was a small upcharge for the large amount of dog hair in the back seat, but I was more than happy to pay it -- there's not a single dog hair left in the carpet (I guess they're magicians??) The best part is that the smoke odor is SO MUCH better. It's still there, but faint enough that I don't have to keep the window cracked all the time anymore. There is definitely a scent from the cleaning solutions, but it is light and fresh, not overbearing at all (I'm sensitive to synthetic fragrances and odors in general). They've definitely gained a repeat customer and I suspect that another time will make the smoke barely noticeable at all.
