I just bought an older car that had been owned by a heavy smoker. I knew it would be tough to get…read morethe smoke odor out, but I was hopeful that a full interior detail would at least reduce the odor to a tolerable level. The experts at Auto Express exceeded my expectations -- the car was really filthy when I brought it in and now it's clean and fresh. The surfaces are smooth and all the stickiness from years of smoke has been eliminated. There was a small upcharge for the large amount of dog hair in the back seat, but I was more than happy to pay it -- there's not a single dog hair left in the carpet (I guess they're magicians??) The best part is that the smoke odor is SO MUCH better. It's still there, but faint enough that I don't have to keep the window cracked all the time anymore. There is definitely a scent from the cleaning solutions, but it is light and fresh, not overbearing at all (I'm sensitive to synthetic fragrances and odors in general). They've definitely gained a repeat customer and I suspect that another time will make the smoke barely noticeable at all.

I took my car to be repaired there after it was hit while parked. Dropped my car off Monday…read moremorning and on Tuesday morning received a call that my car had been vandalized, all 4 tires stolen and two windows damaged. I went there to view the car and not only was I not shown the car I was treated horribly by the manager there. They are currently trying to hold me responsible through my insurance for the damages, so not only was my car vandalized, I have to go through all the hassle of contacting my insurance company and having to wait to have this place and my insurance battle it out. I would defiantly not recommend taking your car to be repaired here especially if you are a woman for fear that you will be treated as horribly as I was. edit: update over 2 weeks later and I still have not got my car back. The damage that was done to my car was conveniently underestimated by the garage. To top it all off i received a phone call from my insurance adjuster regarding the wheels they originally put on my car to replace the ones that were stolen and he termed them as unacceptable and unusable. The damage to date is all 4 wheels, 2 windows my windshield wipers ALL quarter panels the hood and i think some damage to the roof as well. This garage is not a safe place to take your car to be repaired the security is lax and the customer service is awful. Please learn from my experience so this doesn't happen to you !

I used to spend $5-$8 a month washing my car with a wand. I was never thrilled with the outcome afterward. It was clean, but never had that "wow, my car is clean" feel. I took my BMW there last Saturday April 17, 2021, I am from out of town and was looking for a…read morewash. I pulled up and the employee recommended the higher end wash which I was fine with. I gave the guy outside a five dollar tip and pulled into the wash. Almost immediately I regret of this because I could hear the cloths from the wash banging against my car and the cloths did not look anything close to being clean like this car wash is not maintained well. When I got out of the wash bay I did a quick check of my car And it looked fairly clean not to the level I'm used to but I wasn't expecting much based on what I saw inside the wash. I did not walk all the way around my car which I should have. Upon arriving home my boyfriend noticed a large scratch on the passenger side on the hood that was not there before this car is meticulously maintained and in mint condition. Unfortunately I live out of state and arrived back in Michigan yesterday to find the Scratch I called and left a message and the owner or manager or whoever I talked to was incredibly rude insisting that they have like 16 cameras that can look close up to see if there was a scratch on the car he said there was not. Here's the thing, I have a lot better things to do than try to get something free from a car wash in Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania, I would rather have just come out with my car clean and no scratches on it. I would prefer to not have to deal with this, but now I do.....he basically said they would do nothing for me, and that I'd have to come back and let him look at it, I again said that I live out of state. I understand that they do need to see the car but I guess the issue that I have was that he really didn't seem to care about any of this and insisted that he was right and I was wrong. What I would say to anyone even considering going there don't..... Unless you want to leave with scratches on your car because I have to believe even if your local and they look at it they're not going to do anything for you. Terrible customer service, terrible business and they clearly don't maintain their equipment.
