Storage units are hard to come by right now but I got on a waiting list and had a unit within a short time that fit my needs perfectly. I would definitely recommend this business. They have a safe and secure setup and different sized units. To accommodate as well as climate controlled should that be needed.

That being said a tip is not mandatory so if I have no cash on me that day and pay with my card for a wash I shouldn't be made to feel like a criminal. There is a heavyset younger girl who works sometimes to dry the cars and on the ONE day I came through because I had a membership but no cash, she flailed her arms in the air and huffed and puffed because I didn't have money for a tip. There is a sign she had out there saying tips are how she gets paid. 1. That's not my issue, get a new job. 2. A tip Is not guaranteed so don't expect one. And 3. The sense of entitlement is gross. He is very rude to the customers always rushing them outta the store. He tells them to hurry up and finish eating and to get out, if they're trying to drink a cup of coffee he tells them to take their coffee and get out.
