Then my husband suggested I call Oxford Glass, which I did, and after 4 days of tracking down an answer, Oxford Glass/Windshield Magician told me to bring it in and the fix would be no problem. When I arrived, the technician, "Ace," got right on the job (he's been doing this for over 30 years) and completed the work in less than 10 minutes, at NO charge! I asked them if they used oem parts. They said no. When doing my own research I found that the parts they quoted me on were more expensive than oem. (Always use OEM). Anyways I took it to a trusted shop in my hometown and they found nothing wrong w my motor mounts or my oil housing leaking. I fixed the oil leak for 50 cents. I learned they were no longer mobile but the owner took the time to explain that he's only able to accept 5 vehicles a day for full detailing. Once I explain to him that I only needed the outside of the car washed mainly to remove the bugs, and also explain that it had ceramic on it making it an easy wash, he readily agreed to having me drop the car with an understanding he would attempt to wash it that day in between cars or the next day so long as I was flexible. It seemed reasonable enough so I brought my car out and also got a very fair price for an external wash. I'm so pleased with the service that I intend to come back whenever I'm in the area. The owner is reliable, responsive, and very knowledgeable about ceramic coating.
