I learned they were no longer mobile but the owner took the time to explain that he's only able to accept 5 vehicles a day for full detailing. Once I explain to him that I only needed the outside of the car washed mainly to remove the bugs, and also explain that it had ceramic on it making it an easy wash, he readily agreed to having me drop the car with an understanding he would attempt to wash it that day in between cars or the next day so long as I was flexible. It seemed reasonable enough so I brought my car out and also got a very fair price for an external wash. I'm so pleased with the service that I intend to come back whenever I'm in the area. The owner is reliable, responsive, and very knowledgeable about ceramic coating.

Her car was taken to another oil change place that severily overtightened the oil pan drain plug causing the car to leak A LOT of oil. Lamar was great at accessing the issue, correcting it, and even power washed the area to clean up the mess from the previous place. Very fortunate to have found Lamar, you will be too!

Rude when you call to work with them, they most definitely took advantage of a 19 year old out of state college student who had no help throughout this process by anyone at this establishment. I'd stay completely clear of this business if given the choice. Misleading, rude and only concerned about the check from the customer instead of the customer themselves.

They explained what the issue was and got it fixed in a few hours. The pricing is also extremely fair. I will not be going anywhere else but Darby's Tire & Auto. As a younger woman who clearly didn't know much about the issue, it was nice knowing they didn't take advantage of that like other experiences I have had in town. I recommend all out-of-state parents send their kids vehicles here!

I called/visited a number of places, but all were busy. Gateway was busy too, but said that they would try to fit me in since I would be waiting. In less than two hours, they were able to get my car in and fix the tire that had a nail in it. And for reasons completely beyond my comprehension, they did not charge me for this service. I expect my daughter will start using them.

Each time I was either turned away as they were too busy, or told it would be a 2-3 hour wait. My understanding is they don't take appointments and it is walk-in only. So I gave this location three stars - obviously they stay busy but I've never been able to get in ‍ In their defense - they did recommend me to go to Dipstix down the road when they couldn't get me in.
