Called ahead on a Tuesday to make a reservation for today, Saturday, @ 10am. We called THE STORE…read morenot a call center. Spoke with someone who told us they could complete our requested work the same day. We were told "No problem." We have been here before with the same vehicle--upon arriving the person up front told us "we can't work on that" despite them doing it before. We informed them we've been there before. Then he goes "Oh ok, we can then." Then didn't understand that we simply wanted to buy 2 new tires and have the 2 we were keeping rotated. He seemed clueless, and we had also already mentioned this on the phone as well. We had to confirm 3 times before he understood. Then, we confirmed we'd be able to get the vehicle back AGAIN. Again we were told "Yes." We leave for 3 hours, go back to check cuz we've heard nothing. It hadn't even been touched yet. So we go inside and we're like "Hey, we really need this back today." The guy then acts like that was never mentioned, says he doesn't know who we spoke to "probably the call center" (despite us knowing for a fact we spoke with that actual office), that he's the manager and says they wouldn't have told us that........... Ok. At this point, I'm obviously annoyed. I communicate this, letting him know that it's ridiculous they're refusing to take ownership of their screw up and instead blaming us. The dude hands me my keys and says "someone else can deal with you." Cool, bro. You were right. I called corporate, and they "dealt with me,"--gave me a voucher while telling me you were completely inappropriate and wrong, and apologized that I had to deal with you.... So thanks. Someone else did deal with me. Hopefully they deal with YOU soon! :)
