I had been communicating with Nikki for at least two weeks about a vehicle. I tried texting her…read morewith no response, I tried calling the dealership and couldn't get through with anyone. I was finally able to reach Nikki to tell her I was driving two hours to see a vehicle and she told me that they would get the car ready, the minute I got to the dealership she said that the car had sold, so instead of calling me, texting me, or emailing me to tell me that the car had just sold I just drove two hours for nothing!!! Terrible customer service!!! Do not purchase a vehicle from them or Nikki!!!

If zero was an option, they would get it. The service department is terrible. They had my vehicle…read morefor a week doing some recall work and looking into some noises I was hearing. I had no problem with that as there were parts that had to be ordered. I was informed that my Lincoln was ready to pick up. I went over the invoice with one of the service advisors, and left. I made it a mile away when I noticed my gas gauge was almost empty. I dropped it off with a reset trip odometer and a mostly full tank of gas. I checked the incomming mileage on the invoice which was correct and then noted that they put 170 miles on my vehicle! They also left the AWD in the wrong setting which can damage the drivetrain. I was livid! I called immediately as I was running late for another appointment. This was 5:45 in the afternoon on Thursday. After a very one sided conversation with a different service advisor, I was told they would check into it and get back to me. At 3:30 the following day I still had received no call, so I called them. Again a different person said they were aware and had "talked" to the tech. He said they would reimburse me for the fuel. I asked for an estimate of the "additional repairs" they noted, gave them my email and phone again and waited. A week went by and again.....nothing. I scheduled an oil change for my other vehicle ( because it was a free one) and went in. They screwed up the oil change but that's another review. I asked for the estimate and gave them the $50 gas receipt . The estimate was for the parts at wholesale price and full labor. The parts discount was for the "issue". The estimate was almost $1900. Heres the bottom line: No explanation for the miles driven. No apology for anything. No contact with a service manager. No contact with an owner. They gave me $15 in cash for fuel. They are a terrible service department and probably more. I am filing a complaint with the State of Georgia, The Better Business Bureau, and I have several friend who are high up in Ford Corporate in Michigan. I owned an auto repair shop for almost 30 years in Michigan before I retired and moved to south Georgia. If one of my techs had done anything like that, they would have been fired on the spot. I strongly urge you to consider another dealership to use other than this one!

We showed up and we're told it will be at least 45 minutes to an hour before they could get to us. We told them we live far away and made the appointment to fit into our plans here, man was very nice but there was nothing they could do even though we were not one of the walk-ins and had an appointment. Totally messed up our entire day and now we have to make arrangements for the service somewhere else. Two stars instead of one because the gentleman was so courteous and apologetic.

As a result, the tires were worn, brand new tires looked awful! Brought the truck back to them to align the tires; which initially they refused to do. The Toyota service manager, Blake, was very rude and insisted he would do it. Finally, after all that, they didn't even flip the tires around to the other side to hide the wear that there incompetence caused. Instead of taking it back to fix it correctly, they hid it in the parking lot. The dealership was too sorry to even put valve stem caps back on the tires!!!!! I have to go to Emory in Atlanta and may not have reliable transportation because this business. I fully intend on contacting the Better Business Bureau. Do NOT shop at this location, save yourself the let down, headache, and stress.

I don't think the company really stands behind that. 12 months ago my wife and I purchased a used Jeep from their used auto lot in St. Mary's, GA. It has 32,000 miles on it and we were told that it was owned by an older gentlemen who towed it behind his RV and used it on his farm to get around. Yes, the jeep is a 2.5L 1994 model, but I work on cars and know that they have the potential to be finicky as they age. Along with purchasing the jeep we had a new top installed, A/C installed and we purchased a lift kit. She was so excited to get this Jeep because she had always wanted one. Fast forward 8 months. One of the zippers for the top has broken and the A/C they installed has stopped working. I live about 400 miles away. The parts are under a 12,000 mile/1 year warranty. I spoke to the salesman when this happened and after a few days he told me I would have to talk to the general service manager since I was no longer in the area, because the work had to be done at their shop. I'm active duty military and I don't live there. I've been leaving messages and attempting to contact the general service manager for the last 4 months with no luck. He refuses to return my phone calls. I'm not asking for much just that they honor their warranty and help me get the parts fixed that they installed. In the last 8 months I've had to replace a fuel pump they installed, the transmission blew out, the belt that was about 3" too long that they installed, the seats because one broke a week after purchasing, the O2 sensor that went out the day we got it and now most likely the transfer case. I wouldn't deal with them again since as soon as you move away the customer service ends...

Numerous phone calls were made to the GM of the Waycross dealership and "the check is in the mail" story was given numerous times. Needless to say the check never arrived.
