Tynsley's was able to get the lug nut off and sold us a replacement tire so we could finish the journey instead of using the spare donut. She became stuck in the mud and was afraid her car would flip. She was very scared and did not know what to do. One of the drivers from Hook and Book saw her while driving by and went to assist her. He was able to pull her out of the ditch and get her safely back to the main road. She and we are so VERY thankful to this kind gentleman and this company for helping her and making her feel safe.
