Went in about a month ago because my car was suddenly having trouble down shifting and the gears…read morewould grind when I tried to down shift. The owner of the shop was extremely unprofessional, he kept me there for an hour and a half when I really only needed to be there for 15 minutes, all he needed to do was pop open the hood find out there was a leak in the slave and master and then have me sign a piece of paperwork. But in the hour and a half I was there he asked me where I lived, how much I earned, where I worked, if I would come live with him or if I knew any other young girls who would come live with him and he also kept trying to find excuses to give me a driving lesson, when I do not need one. He finished the work in 2 days, which wasn't bad. The day before I went in to pick it up I explained that I couldn't pick it up during normal business hours because of my work schedule and I asked the owner if he could just leave the car locked with the keys inside and that I'd pick it up around 8pm (I have a spare key). He agreed to this but when I went to pick up the car the next night it was parked on the side of the road unlocked with the keys in the ignition, and there was a burning smell every time I drove My car for 2 weeks after. Fast forward a month later to today and my gears are beginning to have trouble shifting again so I popped open my hood for the first time since I got it fixed and found a burned milk jug with brown liquid in it under my hood and my coolant tube for my engine was not sticking into whatever it needed to be in, it was just laying on top of my engine. Now I know why my car smelled after, it was the milk jug they left in there burning! I am absolutely furious with the quality of the work and how I was treated and would definitely not recommend this place, especially not to a young female.

I was quoted high and low for the job from many other shops but I chose this shop because it stood out in the best ways. I meet the owner as I was searching shops for quotes and stopped by early (9am roughly) met the owner, he had me feeling comfortable for he is a friendly guy. I told him how I have a 2018 Chevy Silverado with a messed up transmission he told me that he's very familiar with the brand and the showed that he's definitely knowledgeable and confident which other shops happen to lack. He on the spot quoted me for the best possible opinion with my truck's condition I liked that he mentioned a 3 year warranty on parts and labor for the job. He insured me that the truck would come in and would be done a week from the day I leave my truck. The price was absolutely reasonable for the hefty work load (5k). I had went to other shops they said they could try and address the issue directly and I could spend less but those people lack confidence in the work they happen to mention that they have only done one other Chevy prior and that it was difficult they lost me at that point. I have spoken to the dealership and they nearly quoted me for double the price with no close date or availability. This shops was the best bang for my buck the reviews brought me and and they absolutely delivered. I have been driving my truck daily since for a little over a week now and not a hiccup or tick or leak in sight they really did there thing. They was punctual on the timing and they know what there doing which is key in a highly sensitive job like this, price was good, owners a cool guy as well, the warranty is amazing. I can't figure out what more you would want from a shop. I'll be back for more work I trust them with my vehicle which personal friends know that's not common for me to trust a shop with my cars or truck

Vinny was very friendly and helpful. I dropped off my car in the morning Monday, and within a few hours he called me and gave me the assessment. The whole clutch (and master/slave too..) had to be replaced. He gave me a fair price and had the work done by the end of the day ( he even drove to a dealership on the S.Shore to get the master). After I picked it up I noticed there was air in the line and brought it back for them to take a look. They drained the fluid and replaced it all for free. Now I have been driving it for 100's of miles now, and it's better than ever. They were fast fair and stood behind their work, which I have found to be rare. Thank you, Vinny & Co.!

Until recently I had a Honda Accord that I ultimately kept for 22 years, and at the end it was falling apart. I used it as a beach and skiing car, and John kept it going and safe for many years after I otherwise would have had to sell it, doing good work on the essentials, but also generously and inexpensively (or for free) making minor patches, e.g. for rattling exhaust shields. My other cars are much newer and in much better shape, and I take them to Accel when they need non-warranty service as well. The loaner cars are a real boon, as I don't have to get someone to drive me down and pick me up. Accel has my highest recommendation!

They are kind, professional, and competent.

Either way Andy arrived shortly, and went about prepping my car to be loaded on the flat bed. As my car is quite low with a front lip, I was a little worried this wouldn't work out. Andy took more ramps out of his truck (talk about prepared) and went ahead to guide me up the ramp. Car cleared perfectly. We drove together to the workshop of my choice, and he didn't speed, followed all traffic signs, and gave himself a huge following distance behind traffic. Unloading went as smoothly as loading. We had an unlucky year with multiple accidents and I'd been dragging my feet on dealing with insurance to get things taken care of. My wife found Auto Precision based on the reviews, and I'm so glad she did. It was a totally different experience to any repair shop we've used over our many years of car ownership. Both Anatoly and Andrei talked us through things (Andrei the insurance side and Anatoly the car side). They worked directly with our insurance, kept us updated the whole time, kept meticulous computerized records and helped us make sense of what was what with our insurance (including that we had an outstanding check owed to us that we should get re-issued from the insurance company). They took what was a stressful and confusing situation and made it feel straightforward and logical. Most importantly, our Jeep looks beautiful. We had some old scratches from bushes and parking lots and sticky remainders of ill-advised packing tape, and they took care of those things as a little extra with no charge or even mention of them until I brought it up to thank them. They detailed the car, and it felt new despite our multiple kids & dog. They have been in business for 40 years, and it is clear why. Don't let the tiny side street location fool you-I highly recommend them and would go back to them for anything they would take care of.
