I've had the most positive and pleasant visits to this Urgent Care location. The staff is so nice…read moreand the nurse practitioner I've seen, was such a sweet and lovely person. She really took her time to explain things to me and gave additional information that should help me. She eased my fears. Her bedside manner was phenomenal! I initially came in right before a major holiday in a panic. Since it was fairly new and not a lot of people knew about it, I was able to walk-in and be seen within minutes. I've suggested it to a few family members and they had the same positive experiences. It's a great addition to the area and if I ever require fast and efficient medical services, I will forever stop here first.

I've visited here twice this winter, once for myself and once for my daughter. The front office staff is friendly and efficient in getting you scheduled quickly and sending paperwork electronically. During my visits, it wasn't crowded so I was seen fairly quickly. Both visits, the same tests were administered and results for the more in depth tests are sent to the lab and provided within 24 hours. Overall, I only have positives to say. The place is clean, staff is friendly and knowledgeable, there's plenty of parking, and they play great music. Earth, Wind, and Fire was playing during my latest visit. I will return if I have any urgent needs in between regular appointments.

I waited a short time to see the provider but that is typical of urgent care. The provider listened and diagnosed my illness very quickly. I felt like they really cared. I was in and out within an hour which I feel was reasonable.

My latest placement brought me to this facility. Like many of the doctors in the area, they don't have a lab in-office, but have the basics for getting an annual physical. As a new member, I had to fill out some forms, and then the medical assistant weighed me and measured my height. In the past, I've had to face the wall for those, and this time I faced away from the wall... that's new for me! And my blood pressure was taken with one of the small machines, not one of the big ones. Is that the new trend? I always considered the big machines the 'professional' ones for the office, and the small ones were for personal use. I'm willing to bet studies showed there's no significant difference between the two. And then my EKGs got taken... seamless process. I then had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Hassan. He was very professional, open to any questions or concerns, and overall a nice guy. He sent me off to get lab work done nearby, and then I returned to discuss those results. He kept it 100% and didn't immediately want to prescribe medicine for some high numbers I have... I appreciate his expertise. For anyone in the area, I can't find a reason to recommend someone besides Dr. Hassan.

The referral they gave us was for a plastic surgeon who does NOT have a board subspecialty in hand surgery. I told them I wanted a board certified hand surgeon. They gave us a name, but no guarantees he can see us. They said they have no way of contacting him.

My wait time was delayed due to internet outage. The office was spacious , and clean. Parking is free ,but can be crowded. I'm happy about my first visit. I asked if front desk staff changed when I made my appointment I was told yes. Update had an in person visit that I was very specific wanting as follow up, I was scheduled as televisit. I called office and couldn't get in touch with front Desk but spoke with call taker . The link for tele visits is apparently automated and hadn't received link .I asked what are steps should the link not come through : I was asked to reschedule. For this I'm giving office one stars . I called two many times just to try and get through to speak with doctors. Never again

Coming in with concerns of injury following a car wreck …read more... The intake people didn't even finish registering my wife and I at first. Somehow we still got taken back to get our vitals though. After the vitals, I got called back to the front desk to finish the registration process. It has now been a total of almost 4 hours since we got here and the most medical care we've gotten was getting our vitals taken and having my wife pee in a cup so they can run a pregnancy test. This is unacceptable when the reason you come in after a car wreck would be to make sure nothing is broken or stuff like that. And we both have sore spots. No x-rays or anything like that yet. At this point, I hope there's no underlying injuries cause I'm sure the damage is done if there is a problem. We showed up at 9:30pm and it was about 2am when we got brought back. Once we were in the room, the care got much better. Our nurse said they'd had a crazy busy night. They got us both in relatively quickly for scans to see what is wrong and took good care of us. Definitely very short staffed and they aren't equipped for all problems it would seem
