They kept testing until we found the root of my issues and made sure I understood the severity of my condition. They also kept me in care until my fever went down. I'd recommend this place to anyone in need of urgent care. It's not glamorous, but I was given the care that I needed.

Everyone was professional and I didn't wait long at all -- in and out in slightly over an hour. However the PA I saw prescribed me an antibiotic and I was very confused as to why. My toe was swollen and red because it was fractured, not because of infection. I accepted the antibiotic (they have the ability to fill it on site) but waited to begin the medication until seeing the doctor. He was also confused why it was prescribed and showed me that if I elevated my foot, the color changed as bloodflow returned -- i.e., not an infection, just part of the normal healing process. That did make me question the medical decisionmaking I experienced, but thankfully my case was uncomplicated. Other than the poor stewardship of antibiotics, the care was good and I would return.

I got here, signed in, and took a seat. Finally called to the desk and do all my check in processing with ID and insurance card. Then I waited again. The one good thing about this place is they at least tell you when you will be seen with screens and with text messaging. I get back, talk with the doctor, and get taken for an x-ray. Come back to the room and wait a few minutes. Doctor, who was lovely by the way, came back in and gave me the verdict. It was kind of what I was expecting. The doctor wrote some prescription and sent them off to the pharmacy. She also gave me instructions on what to do for follow up. Turns out what she suspected was what was confirmed. But I came back here again at a later date as I got hit with COVID. Yes, it is still around, and yes you can still catch it. I only came here to confirm it so that I could inform my work why I would be working from home. This time, it wasn't so pleasant of a visit.
