Hey, I'm the only male in the place. Why am I here? Cuz I'm buying a gift cert and while I'm at it, I'll review them, might as well. It's certainly very clean and the displays are kinda perfect. The staff is very helpful. I asked about the salon area and was given a sheet for the rates so you ladies can compare if you're getting your hair done elsewhere. There's all kinds of cosmetics. I can't begin to go into that area. There are waxing services, facials, lashes, and eyebrow mechanics. It seems like they have quality items here, but read the ladies' reviews to get better insight. From what I see it's a 4 star, can't say 5, I'm the wrong sex. Don't shoot the messenger!

I had never heard of an Ulta until I ventured in to have a horrible home dye fixed. My 1st appointment was with Elaine, the salon manager. Elaine is very sweet and knowledgeable. She did a great job getting my hair back to its natural color, cutting and putting some kind of repair treatment on it. I used Elaine several times. I am still going to Ulta one year later for single process and cuts. The last couple of times I've gone to Jennifer and I really like the cut and color I get from her. Jennifer is very sweet and makes me feel right at home. Elaine is always there and greets me by name, which I find impressive that she remembers. I feel bad I don't use her anymore but being the manager her rates are way higher and I'm a frugal person and can't justify spending a fortune on my skimpy very fine hair. I'm a wash and go person. There are days I don't even comb it. I just need an end trim and gray coverage every 8 weeks. I know it should be sooner but like I said. Frugal. It's an impressive operation and somehow it just makes you happy being in the store. I don't buy much. I'm sure I have some makeup in my drawer left over from 1988. I like the convenience of online appointments and when you complete your appointment they hand you an invoice that you bring to the front end to checkout . No awkward paying and tipping your stylist on the spot. Or putting cash in a tiny Manila envelope and scrawling their name on it and yours so they know where it came from. So awkward. You can just add it to the bill at the front end. My one suggestion would be to have your sales and service history available for review in our accounts online. When I'm booking online I never know what color treatment to choose; Redkin, Chromatics or whatever the choices are. I'm tracking Ulta stock that's how impressive I think this corporation is. Buy what you love.

Always a good deal to be found at Ulta. They carry The Ordinary products, which are amazingly inexpensive and effective. Loads of parking.

Both Nicole and the front office made me decide to NEVER go here again. I don't think I have…read moreencountered one person behind the front desk who has customer service skills. Every time I interact with someone over the phone they sound like I have somehow inconvenienced them. It's ridiculous that their email address and submission form on their website are advertised as ways to get in contact with them when no one responds. I spent well over a month trying to obtain written information on the procedures I have gotten done over the years as something had changed and I had an allergic reaction after my last appointment. Despite this, there was still no urgency on the front desk's end. When I called the first time I was told I would receive a response to my email and it never happened. I called again a few days later and the same thing was said and I still have nothing. Not to mention both people I spoke with were far from friendly or helpful. The poor customer service, as well as countless issues I have had with my filler and premature migration, is what made me switch practices. Nicole told me that my filler migration was my fault because of my anatomy. What's insane is she still offered to add more filler if I wanted. I received a second opinion from someone much more experienced and learned it's a technique issue and based on pictures I have, I had migration VERY early on. Nicole made me pay to get it dissolved when the migration wasn't my fault. Nicole also not only injected me with an active cold sore which led to an infection, but I had a scary occlusion because of her work. Her lack of patient education and one size fits all mentality is scary. Please do your research before coming here. I had one awful experience after another and am now with the most incredible injector elsewhere. I will never recommend this practice to anyone.

This place is the worst. They constantly have specials on toxins but it's all a scam. As a regular customer they should know my units by now. But I have gone elsewhere and received a lot less units that worked the first time and never had to return for more. How can less units work better? It's because they are telling you you need more when you don't and watering it down. I have heard this from other people as well. Save your money and go somewhere else!
