Caili did an amazing job on my hair!! I would highly recommend going to see her. She was so sweet, professional, and gave me exactly what I wanted!

    curly hair post silk press

I went in yesterday excited for a silk press because of a prom event later that day, and ended my appt in tears. I had scheduled an appt with a hairstylist and received a call that she was unable to do my hair type (curly) and referred me to another stylist by the name of "Ari" who was "supposed" to be specialized in my hair. The first half of the appt was fine with my hair being blow dried and straightened, but then it went south. I had asked if I would be able to get 1-1.5 inches trimmed off the ends of my hair to make the straightened hair look a little more neat. I was told that it would be an ADDITIONAL $47 to have a "hair cut" even though I only needed a trim. Eventually the stylist said she would trim my ends free of charge to clean it up. I had clarified that I only wanted 1 inch cut off, and that the stylist and I were in agreement on that length. She began to start trimming my hair, bluntly chopping in a straight direction and not angled. I'm no stylist, but I am sure that is not the correct way. She quickly began chopping more and more off because it kept coming out uneven. My hair was at the middle of my back and after she was finished it was to my neck. I asked her when my hair becomes curly, how much shorter would it be, and she said it would be an additional 2in shorter. The stylist then proceeded to ask if I would send her pictures of my prom hair/outfit to post on her personal Instagram. I was appalled by the nerve of the stylist to ask me for personal information after screwing up my hair. The worst part was she did not even cut my hair straight. I was charged $62 to have all my hair cut off and terrible customer service. DO NOT go to this salon, unless you want to end up with a shitty version of a Joan of Arc haircut.

only one round roller brush is missing & you need both. YouTube videos show the paddle brush is the most popular and it was left behind.

They had what I needed and more and staff was kind and helpful. That's what a store should should have to be a well run store in my opinion.

I had my baby and 6YO with me, so I knew this needed to be a quick in and out. When I arrive, I realize I can't even remember the shade I previously had in this foundation. I tell my 6YO "hang tight right here with the baby, I'm going to go talk to that employee right over there" (it's a nightmare navigating the narrow aisles with a stroller). As I'm walking up to the associate, I'm about to catch her attention when another lady approaches her at the same exact time as me, asking her question a split second before I could get mine out. No problem at all, I can wait. I know this associate could identify I was patiently waiting by, but it seemed like she was intentionally avoiding me and as I hear my screaming baby across the store, and don't see any other associate available, I calmly and politely say "I'm so sorry to interrupt you guys, but my baby is crying over there and I just need help with some Haus Lab foundation when someone gets a chance". This associate didn't even make eye contact with me when she said "yep, wait a minute" with a hand gesture as if to tell me to stop talking. Okay, sure. I went back over to my baby and 6YO, unsure if she was going to get someone to help me. As I'm standing there for quite some time, she brings the other lady over to the same exact aisle I'm in and starts color matching her. She never acknowledged me once, while I'm trying to soothe my crying baby, hoping to get a quick sample so I can be out of there. I understand she was helping another gal, but a simple and assuring "I will help you as soon as I can!" would have made a world of a difference. It's clear I was an inconvenience to this associate. I'm still standing there with my children as she walks away with the other lady. Several minutes pass and I'm approached by another associate asking "have you been helped?" I calmly say "no, sadly it seems like I'm being ignored". She happily helped me find my shade and I was out of there within minutes. But I will say, I've never felt so disheartened leaving a Sephora before. This was an awful experience, and I am not looking forward to visiting this Sephora location again.

If you love skincare or are having issues with your skin (even acne), you NEED to stop in to see…read moreAnalisa at Find Your Glow! I have invested in my skincare and skin routine for the past 5 years, but this year about 3 months ago I had used a chemical peel from my old esthetician that was too strong for my skin. It ended up burning me and severely damaging my skin. I went from clear bright skin to very red, irritated, bumpy skin and started developing pimples. After three months of trying everything in the book to heal my skin (even getting to the point of only washing my face once a day and moisturizing because everything else seemed to hurt my skin) I was ready to give up and go see a dermatologist. I like to consider myself a holistic person and typically stray away from taking pills if I can help it so this was to be my very last option.   As a kind of last-hope-effort to see if I could remedy my face without needing pills, I searched for an esthetician who specialized in holistic skin therapy. That's when I found Analisa and booked an appointment as soon as there was one available... It was a few weeks out but what can I say? she's popular AND I FOUND OUT WHY! This last Friday, I took the day off so I could completely focus on my skin and healing with Analisa. I had no clue what she would be doing or how my skin would react, this was truly a gamble for me. Well, I won the lottery. I chose to do a "Find Your Glow" facial which is a customized facial based on what your skin needs. Typically it involves a double cleanse, light exfoliation, masque application, essential oil aromas, herbal tea infused hot towels, and various massage techniques, then is finished off with serums/creams. All of the products Analisa uses are plant-based which I really love. My facial was a little different since we were trying our best to avoid irritating it, so Analisa curated a session that focused on cooling and healing my skin. It was about an hour and a half long appointment that made me feel like I was on cloud 9. We started the appointment with a cleanse and a masque then she did a scalp and neck massage that literally put me to sleep. I think we did 3 masques in total, each one soothing my skin to a deeper level. At one point we did high-frequency skin therapy (which sounded like a tattoo gun but I promise doesn't feel like anything!). She told me everything she was doing before applications and made sure to check on me often and how my skin was feeling. During the last masque, she did a hand/arm massage that was so soothing, I felt like Analisa put her heart into my care for that the 2 hours I spent with her. I think what also really added to the facial was Analisa's setup. Her backroom, where skincare is performed was so beautiful, it made me feel like I was in a fantasy land, somewhere truly ethereal. Everything about her shop shows her personality and soul. Even the front end of the store that is a boutique of clothing and skincare shows who Analisa is. Analisa sent me home with some samples so we could make sure that my skin loved the product and I purchased a set of Ice Globes to ice my face 2-3 times a day and the microfiber clothes she sold, both are AMAZING. It's been 2 days since my facial and I can say without a doubt that this was the best facial I've ever had since I started seriously investing in my skin. For the first time in 3 months, I have woken up 2 days in a row with NON-red irritated skin. For the first time not waking up with what I call "lizard skin". It does feel like a miracle. And no shock here, I'm stopping by in-store today to buy the full bottles so I can continue with the plant-based products. I truly feel so lucky to have found Analisa, I wish I would have gone to see her sooner! In the last 3 months, I have lost my self-confidence, had occasionally painful skin, and was just down in the dumps over my skin. Today I feel like I'm really on the path to healing and have felt so beautiful. Thank you, Analisa. Can't wait to see you in 4 weeks.
