It was so nice of management to reply yet do nothing to improve service at this Ulta store Today March 2nd, I went in and spent $200 on makeup there were at least 6 employees working. No one greeted me, no one asked to help with color matching and when I mentioned this on checking out Carmen told me not to bother to come back " you shouldn't shop here if you don't like the experience" Thanks Carmen I'll take your advice and shop at Nordstrom or a Sephora since Ulta not only doesn't care about the customer experience, they allow their employees to be outright rude to customers. This business closed once so when they reopened I hoped for a better experience. Went by today and two employees were talking so loudly it sounded like a bachelorette party. I learned the one left a toxic state and was happy to be in WA while the other is a Virgo and has lived in Sequim for 17 years after living in Port Townsend. They were speaking loudly! And then when I was browsing near them the one asked if I needed any help finding anything (I already had found it and had it in my hand) and other, under her breath, made some rude comment that the other then shushed her for! I wasn't sure what was said but something about me. Anyway, I'm done with this store. If you cannot teach your employees how to interact with others in a work environment, you are doing yourself and them a disservice. read more

Went to this location to find new foundation, a worker named Lily was quick to help me and very friendly. She found the perfect match for me and it compliments my skin well. Very happy with my visit. Will be coming back in the future for more purchases. read more

Customer service is attentive and they carry most all the essentials in store. Prices are reasonable.

Update 7/2019 It's been a year now, and this place is still great. I've used the hair salon a few times, and Brooke is wonderful. Virginia does great facials over in the Dermalogica station. My skin looks amazing! read more

Great store! Sign up for their rewards for sure! They have random specials that they share with you, and a small gift for your birthday month as well. Best thing is you can return an item if necessary! They are very nice to me and my teenage daughter. They have plenty of items to pick through ! read more

I really do love this Ulta location. The employees are SO helpful and kind. They always greet you with a smile and are ready to help you figure out what product is best for your needs. I wanted to write a review particularly for the Salon because I am so pleased with the haircut I received. I highly reccomend Jenn, she is effervescent, kind, and so fun to talk to. I came in with some pinterest pictures of what I wanted ( adding layers and side bangs as well as a regular trim) and she immediately understood what I wanted and executed the look to a T. Nice store but no one ever answers the phone for appointments in the salon. Finally gave up and went to Silverdale.

I love this place. All the girls are very nice. I've been there only a few times and they know my name. I've never felt so welcomed in an Ulta. All of my questions about hair or makeup get answered. I highly recommended all of the girls here in all of the areas. read more

In all of my years shopping in the cosmetic industry, I'd like to say that I have NEVER been so satisfied or felt better taken care of than I was in the new Sequim WA store. I walked into the store knowing exactly what I wanted to try without knowing anything about it. After spending a fair amount of time with a young lady named Randie, I soon found out that the product I thought I wanted, was absolutely wrong for me and my skin. This beautiful soul has such a good energy, and FULL of knowledge so her company alone was more than satisfactory, I've never had someone so determined to find the perfect product for me and make sure I left happy, which by the way, I left MORE than happy, I felt like I was on top of the world. Randie brought me directly to the product I asked to buy, she asked me what I knew about it (which was close to nothing) after explaining the product to me and applying it to my skin, I realized I hated it and I was glad I didn't just spend close to $40 for nothing. She then followed up with questions about what concerns I had, what I was looking for in the product, etc. then proceeded to run around the store and grab several different products for me to try, finally landing on the absolute perfect one for me. This young lady is truly a miracle worker when it comes to makeup, I have never felt so satisfied, or educated when it comes to picking and choosing cosmetics. She was very patient with me , as I can be difficult to deal with at times. I will definitely be telling my girlfriends about my experience and we will all be returning to visit this amazing young woman. CONGRATULATIONS SEQUIM ULTA!
