Although she did fix it I would have appreciated an offer of a refund or partial refund for all the unnecessary stress / travel/ and time to correct something that should have been simple to do the first time around.

I stopped by to show him what I wanted, and made an appointment for two days later. When I arrived, Kyle listened to me, asked a few questions to be sure we were on the same page, and he went to work. My hair was short, and I wanted something even shorter. He was able to pull it off with great results. Driving home, I felt pretty darn spiffy and couldn't wait for others to see it. Having an attentive stylist and getting a cut that looks good really made a difference. Not everyone can pull off super short hair, but Kyle created a cut that I feel flatters, and that boosts my confidence. Guess it's time to retire my old set of clippers.
