They had to send it electronically twice and that was after I hand delivered a written prescription to them. I will now be paying 50% less no hassle no waiting in line for 30 minutes with only one car in front of you. Goodbye Walgreens forever.

I chose the drive-thru to pick up prescriptions because flu and covid are rampant in our area and I wanted to avoid un-necessary contact. However the speaker at the drive-thru is unintelligible, making it difficult (if not impossible) to conduct an intelligent conversation. The employee at the drive-thru could not hear me, and I could not understand her. Because of this, the medications were delivered incorrectly and one was omitted entirely. I was forced to enter the store and disrupt the flow of the employees work just to resolve the problem. Discussions with employees revealed that this audio system is a continuing problem.
