Service: The staff are welcoming and inviting. They were able to help with everything that I needed. Overall: I would order flowers from this location again. The quality was good as was the customer service. My only complaint is with the pricing. I expected the flowers would cost less due to the rural location but that wasn't the case. When I called the store number to report the incident, and advise that they will be seeing a chargeback for this charge (also to keep their eyes open w/ people using phony debit cards), the listed number I called 318-855-5414, is out of service. This leads me to believe that this company, in general, is a fraud. My debit card was billed $2.22 - small amount meaning ... are you testing its validity? My card is now closed, so no further charges will go through.

It was my aunt's birthday and I wanted to brighten her day. Heather answered the phone and was pleasant from the moment she answered. I had many questions - she was patient with me and she happily answered them all. Heather explained that I could purchase a floral arrangement through their website, but I really didn't have time to browse so she took pictures of the arrangements they had in-shop and texted them to me within minutes. I was able to pick a very beautiful arrangement and process my order over the telephone. The whole process took 8 minutes!!
