Sadly I will not return to this location! I was in the area and needed to pick up some makeup for my daughter and went in. Now let me say I do not wear makeup myself so I don't know a lot about it but was trying to get what my daughter needed. I walked around confused trying to match the picture she sent me to the products and not one person approached me for help. When I finally found someone to ask for help, she acted as if she was too busy to help me. I believe her name was Naomi, she was just so rude and disrespectful with her tone and attitude. I'm in there trying to find something and she works there, I just expect a better customer service environment especially when it comes to products like this. Salon service was definitely subpar! It's really my own fault I had one good experience at the Ulta in Norman with a root touch up, so I tried the Midwest City Ulta expecting the same results.....not the same! I walked away with slightly colored roots, the wrong color I might add, knowing I was going to have to get home and make another hair appointment to get it fixed. I wasn't sitting there for her to attempt to fix or further screw it up. I'm usually pretty easy going about my hair, but it's just covering grey roots not rocket science! OK so I went to Ulta today looking for a curling iron that I've been wanting for a while. and I see on the sign that it was 20% off. so I got really excited and then and very very very small lettering. It said that I would only get 20% off if I had a card. I really think you guys do you guys need to make a bigger sign because I got my hopes up for absolutely nothing and I was about $10 short. and I'm also hormonal because I'm on my period. Great place to pick up makeup of course. However if your looking for actual customer service, this isn't the place to come. Our cashier, Mya, ignored our existence and then Once items were placed on the counter barely acknowledged us. No "hey, hi, thanks for shopping or any type of greeting".Instead she sat on her phone and scrolled. First time here, I had high hopes given the location. Wanted to stop in for a brow wax and called to confirm they were still doing it with Covid-19. I was told yes, and to come before 6:00. I arrived at 5:30 and was not greeted. She was not at the desk, no worries. I looked around for 10 minutes (still never acknowledged) and then found someone that worked here to ask where she was. They found her for me and she said she had already turned everything off and was leaving. Not impressed with the service or lack of concern that I drove here for nothing considering I called before arriving. They suggested I come tomorrow, but I live two hours away. read more

A zero is what this manager of ULTA needs. This location will no longer receive my business . Be aware if a manager can't handle a simple question about a school project she won't be able to handle a real problem with a product or service. My son asked permission for a school project and instead of just saying no its against our store policy or simply no, she became belligerent and threatening of police. Even though there are closer locations, this is the store I use, thanks to one particular associate, Kelly. She is super helpful and knowledgeable, as well as friendly. She is extremely professional, i could not recommend her more! On 4/5, I went to purchase Clinique. This was not a weekend day. I was not greeted upon entering the store and went to the Clinique area. An employee walked by, did not greeted me, however I made myself known by asking for her assistance. It is difficult for me to read small writing and I couldn't see the names on the bottles. I inquired if they had a particular shade of foundation. She didn't look but told me, that what I saw was all they had, as Clinique had discontinued several shades. Then she walked on. It took time but I found the shade. At the register, a very nice associate asked if I found everything. I mentioned my issue and the employee in question is a manager. This store needs training. I probably won't return but purchase online or from another retailer. read more

I really like that this Ulta Beauty has great staff that work here. This location is close to my father's house and the parking is always accessible when I have come here to shop. The store is usually fully stocked and I am able to check in and out without issues. My favorite gal is Alica who works in the Clinique department. She is always helpful and kind. Customer service here is what keeps me coming back. I love seeing a familiar face. read more

This is my first time going to Ulta (in OKC), recently. I had my eyes(lashes and brows) done. Upon receiving the bill, it was wrong, but I was "wrong". Not only did they miss charge me for the services, but by the time I got to the car, my lash was on the bend of my eye. After going back about the billing mistake, I was told by Melissa, to "take tweezers and repair the lashes myself because the person (Kelly) was leaving". SEPHORA will be my makeup place from now on. I'll go home to (Las Vegas and Atlanta) for my lashes. No more Ulta. I had an affair to go to last ... didn't go. Thumbs down to Ulta. read more

When I lived here I didn't have any issues except a bad hair cut ;) No issues with the staff and the products offered more flavors of the brand than what I typically find at places like Target. But hey this is a beauty specialty store so it makes sense. The points system helps out every once in a while as well. I've had a couple bad or not so great experiences, but they didn't overshadow all the previous help and recommendations I received otherwise. read more

The management here is really bad. It's as if they learned the information from youtube for a total of 30 minutes before getting on the floor. However, the store is clean. But I would rather shove a fork down my throat then communicate with these managers. They were annoying and incompetent as hell and felt as if they had this high authoritative power because they were a manager. read more

Rude staff. Seems to me that an overhaul is needed. The two females I encountered were lazy and were more interested in their conversation than in the customers who were in the store. Evidently I disturbed them by asking a question. One of them actually had to move from behind the counter. I have been a loyal Ulta customer for years and have spent thousands of dollars here. I won't return to this location. Norman is where I will go from now on as I have found the associates there have much more class and interest in doing the job they're there to do. read more

I really don't look forward to visiting this store but they carry the brands I like so I keep going back. I asked for a cream blush recommendation during my last visit and it was a disaster. The lady told me she didn't like cream blush so she didn't really know what they carried. When I insisted that I wanted a cream blush and not a powdered one she sighed loudly and showed me one brand. I wasn't a fan so then she started asking me about my foundation-and then without even asking took her hands and started applying foundation to my face. I told her I didn't need any foundation and she just kind of shrugged and walked away. Totally turned me off to this store. read more

I get really irritated with the make-up counter ladies. They will follow you around the store like you're trying to steal something. When I asked to get shade matched to a powder tarte foundation the woman kept wiping the makeup on with a WET brush. The third time she wiped my face with a wet brush I told her to not bother anymore. I hope those were recently cleaned brushes and not dirty! However, I've always had good service from the hair ladies at the salon helping me find what I need! They are the saving grace of this store! read more

I have never in my LIFE been treated so rudely . I spend so much money at Ulta stores, mostly online, and I'll never go back or spend my money onlne at that establishment again . I called customer service because my husband returned foundation for me because I have cancer and I'm usually too weak to go many places. It was urban decay born this way foundation and since I have to shop from home from being so sick I got the wrong shade of foundation and I just wanted to buy another shade for myself but my husband lost the gift card they gave me for my refund . I called and a woman told me I would get an egift refund in 30 minutes. I waited for an hour and half and received nothing so i called again and they immediately put me through to a supervisor and she started talking quickly and with a horrible tone . I tried to tell her what happened and she said I can't help you if you don't give me the order numner , which wouldve been fine with me, but she refused to tell me where I could find the order number . I asked at least 20 times , listen to the recorded call please, and you'll see how she refused to tell me where I could find the order number and refused to look it up for me . So she said I get no refund at all... I'm still crying from the way she refused to help me out of being rude an petty . She was yelling and talking over me so much with information that was completely wrong and as I was trying to explain but she just got louder and louder and I literally had to tell her to shut up and listen to me because I was calling about something she wasn't even talking about . She said her name is Billy B. So i figure more petty lies unless that's her real name . Please help me here wirh this situation and I've also sent copies of this letter to the corporate offices and any other offices affiliated with ulta . Im going to do my best to get media attention on that store with the store she did to me. Took a mother of 4's money and it's not very often my husband of 23 years gets to let me buy expensive makeup and you people totally ruined it with pettiness and customer service supervisors who have no clue to actually solve problems with customers without being rude and petty . Your customer service , in this instance, was horrifying. There's no way in the world I would buy from your store again and that's unfortunate because I spend hundreds of dollars every other day or so at ulta .
