I bought a squish mellow perfume today and I though it was very clear that it would come with the sqeeze thingy and I was very excited and that was my favorite part but it didn't and now I'm probably gonna have to buy the add on this is very disappointed as I just got home and opened it read more

I cut my hair last month for my birthday with Karen B and unfortunately she cut all crooked (????) then I went back today to retouch my roots and cut it with another professional Thelma E. She retouch my roots and all over my ears, neck , forehead and my shirt . She saw and took pictures of my hair and I explained what I wanted , showed pictures, tried to talk but she just made it worse. Doesn't even look that I cut my hair. So NEVER go there to haircut please. read more

I made the mistake of coming in here today to wax my brows with Courtney K. Don't do it! Don't even think about getting your eyebrows waxed here, she butchered my brows! She literally waxed them in half!! She waxed all the hair on the side and they were choppy. This is the worst eyebrow wax I have had in my life!! Amanda Bynes bad.. TERRIBLE job! You've been warned. read more

Excellent I was there for last minute shopping and Dani was very helpful and very professional.

Frustrating- I am extremely busy getting ready to go out of town so I order things I needed online for pickup. After almost home I notice I was missing one thing. I get back to the store at 7:50 (sign says they close at 9:00) and they were locking the door. She did let me in they couldn't find the mascara, I ordered. They acted put out because I was keeping them from closing early. She credited my card didn't ask if I wanted a substitute nor did she apologize. read more

Didn't quite know what I wanted to do with my hair! Whitney made magic happen! The only place I let touch my hair and face! Diana did an amazing brow wax and facial. My daughter loves getting facials from her! Would highly recommend anyone in the salon!! read more

Thanks for reaching out. Happy to hear your company cares about customer service. I went to the Ulta on Queensgate and the staff was amazing so I left them a good review and updated my stars on this one :) read more

The most unwelcoming and snobby Ulta I've been into so far. Placed a pick up order of only 3 items which are not hard to find and doesn't take long to grab at all. When asking to pick it up, they said *rudely* it wasn't ready. I'm more than understanding of retail workers but these Ulta girls are severely snobby and make the store unapproachable. Works at the easiest place and still can't do what they're paid to do ‍ read more

First time in kennewick salon and I'm so dissapointed I don't mind spending money which what happened, I pick the best that's what I thought to do my hair and the color at first is ok but my after I wash it ,it look like sh$t , since she's a recommended to me ok I give her a chance and did Keratin the very expensive one which what I said I don't mind paying but do it in the right way . I did wait for 3 half days to wash it I don't feel like I did the keratin either what in the world I can't go back cause I'm out if state vacation. But I swear to God ,I'm not gonna come back to you kennewick ulta .we all can earn back the money but TRUST nomore. read more

I love this place for makeup of course but not a fan of the salon. I've had a few haircuts here and it's never been a good experience. Always left never wanting to cut my hair again. read more

This store is usually jam packed, messy, not stocked well, and has a blaring almost siren in the background. I do not enjoy coming here and can never find associates to help me get what I am looking for. They also are not reliable with which brands they do or do not have and is super confusing on what is there and what isn't. read more

Kennewick location has really gone downhill since they moved. The employees have been rude every time I go, they act like they have no time to help, and I am wasting their time asking. The ones on the register ring you up and that's it. Don't try to ask anything, dont try to make small talk, they aren't there for that. They have been out of a certain product for over 3 weeks now, and I have literally got 4 different responses, one of which was "I don't know, you can always see if somewhere else has it." I was told to order it online for store pickup and they will set it aside when shipment comes in, but that order was denied due to "not being in stock in store" next Tuesday night I checked because I was told shipments come in on Tuesdays, I was told to CHECK BACK ON TUESDAY, and the employee was bewildered at someone telling me to order it online, may as well told me I was lying. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE to where I don't even want to go in the store anymore, which I guess is their ultimate goal. Online everything. And don't think for one second they will order something for you to avoid shipping, because THEY DONT DO THAT read more

Went to this Ulta looking for a specific product, they ended up being sold out of it... But an associate named Danny, I believe, was very very knowledgeable and recommended some other products to me. It's been a week later and my skin is looking better in many aspects. Without her I would've went home disappointed. Thanks Danny! read more

Melita did an awesome job on my daughters hair today. I was nervous because she wanted all her hair ( with lots of curls) cut off and wanted a short hair style. Melita was very professional and explained to my daughter how to care for her hair. Highly recommend Ulta!!!! read more

I love, love, love this store! They have every kind of cosmetic you could possibly want, from designer brands (Benefit, Urban Decay, Lorac) to drugstore brands (maybelline, cover girl, revlon). Furthermore, they have cute hair accessories, nice shampoo (and usually good deals on it), lotions, body sprays, fine perfume and cologne, and a million kinds of nail polish. They have curling irons, flat irons, and hair dryers that you can try out before buying. It's like a Sephora, but bigger and better-- and with better sales. Get a reward card and they'll send you sweet coupons like the 20% off one I just used recently. They also have a full service salon for cuts and colors, but I'm happy with my current salon so I'm not likely to try this one. I've seen people getting makeovers here, so give this place a try if you're looking for someone to do your wedding makeup or just looking for a change. You can get your eyebrows waxed here, too. Customer service is always super friendly and helpful. read more

Every time I go to this place, I always have a pleasant experience. I'm always greeted upon entering, always asked if I need help, etc. I had my hair cut today, which was the first haircut I had living here in the Tri and the first haircut I've had in a while! The last haircut I had was a nightmare.. So I pretty much didn't trust anyone with my hair afterwards. However, I had a day off and I knew today was gonna be the big day. I made an appointment with Brandi. When I got there, she really took the time to understand what I wanted, yet wasn't afraid to throw in some of her own suggestions, which I really liked. Needless to say, she's pretty much the only person I trust my hair with. Luckily, I was one of the chosen ones, who didn't have to go through too many trials and tribulations to find someone who can handle my hair. read more

Jamie is totally awesome, my eyebrows look flawless! Definitely recommend this place.

Brandi rocks! Really did a tremendous job with my color!!! Best ever! Brandi also recommended me to Brenda for a facial while I waited for the color to set. Being a guy, this was new to me and Brenda was remarkable in explaining each phase of the process. The results were amazing and I lost about 10 years on the face lines. My wife and daughter are thrilled with the results. Guys - get on in there and ask for Brandi (hair) and Brenda (facial). You will not be disappointed, these ladies are tremendous. Don N. read more

This review is for the salon and more precisely, Tori. I came into the Salon to have my makeup done for my wedding. Tori was hands down amazing. She was knowledgeable about the makeup products and very talented. She was very friendly and spent lots of time making sure everything was perfect. She made sure I was comfortable and left feeling ready for my special day. She definitely has an eye for detail. If you are looking for someone to do your makeup for an event or photo shoot she is the girl! read more

Specifically for the salon: booked an appointment in person. When I showed up for my appointment, they told me it would be 5-8 minutes. Waited for 30 minutes past the start of the appointment time before asking. Girl went to the back to ask, came up to me and started giggling saying that the girl who had booked me "should not have done that" and that "it was not very cool of her". The appointment before mine had run over time but I was never informed by the various people going in and out of the salon area. Poor service. Unprofessional staff. read more

Great selections and brands. I usually love Ulta but this location doesn't staff appropriately. On two separate shopping trips they do not ever staff enough cashiers. I was approached for help on the floor at least 5 times by 5 different people but stood in line for over 10 minutes with one cashier. Management needs to cross train floor staff to work cashiers and then pay attention when customers are waiting. Lines also during holiday were 20 people deep with two cashiers. Why have all those registers if you only put two people on them. I walked out the second trip because no way I wanted to stand in line that long. read more

Love Stormi! You should totally get your hair done by her! She's an expert! She totally knows how to do women's hair which is hard to find around tri cities! Unless you want to sell your kidney to pay for it! This is not me writing this review it is In Fact my significant other, and every time I get my hair done here my boyfriend is always hesitant and he ALWAYS Ends up liking it. Until I decide to change it a month later:) read more

My favorite hairstylist of all time, Martha Robles, works here and I highly recommend her to anyone! She always does an amazing job while also considering the long term health of my hair. read more

The main reason I go to Ulta in Kennewick. Is for the Brow bar! Her name is Ida, and she is amazing! She's been doing my brows for a while now. I recommend getting your eyebrows done by Ida to everyone! I get so many compliments on my brows and that's all thanks to her! She listened to what I wanted and worked with that. Not only does she make my brows look full and flawless, she's always recommending new products! I'm very happy I found her. 5 stars to Ida! read more

I just moved here from CA....there are lots if Ulta's there and they are all customer service friendly. In the Tri-Cities there is one Ulta and they have no idea what good customer service is, nor are they good at product knowledge. Also it seems they dont have sales as often? Will not go back. I will order online. read more

They are out of everything. I can never find someone to help me. The products are always messed up or literally scraped out. I got a gift card and was Hoping to get some help finding a proper bold lip color. Try something new. I was very disappointed in the lack of service I received. read more

Sunday afternoon. Only one checker. Crazy lady returning 50 items. Many employees come look at the 15 people in line but no one comes to help. read more

I feel that 3 stars are fair because Ulta has both positive and negative aspects. The bad is that they are usually out of everything I want and when checking out the line is always very long with usually no more than one person at the cash register. The good at Ulta is that the staff are very friendly and willing to go out of their way to help you with anything you need. The prices are pretty high as well but that is to be expected at an upscale Cosmetic store. Another very unpleasant thing about Ulta is the god-awful ear bleeding terrible music that plays on a continuous loop. When I say it's bad I mean it is actually the worst music I think I've ever heard. And according to the employees there they have no control over the music. Only corporate picks the music. read more

I've been going here for years and after my favorite stylist moved on, I made the mistake of seeing Elsa for root touch up and a trim. It was awful. My roots were orangish even after toning and I had the worst haircut in years. Her "low maintenance" cut has been nothing but an absolute pain in the ass to style for six months. So...why did I give five stars? I gave them another chance and saw Heidi instead. Heidi knows EXACTLY what she's doing and has a much better understanding of hair, especially in color/lightening, hair texture, needs of processed hair, and fixing bad layering. Definitely check Heidi out for work! read more

After shopping at Ulta for makeup, I can say I'm never going back to cheap make-up again! The staff here is very friendly, with the exception of a few employees. Usually we come in to buy one or two things, coming out with way more! read more

Went in for some hair products on a Friday afternoon. There wasn't anyone on shift to help me find what I needed. After waiting a bit, finally someone from the salon answered some questions but only gave me one choice, an expensive one at that. She was hurried. She had a nail client to get to, so I got the brush off. Needless to say I didn't get what I needed. read more

Alex is awesome...answer all questions we had...I really recommend him for the to go guy way to go....and thank you so much

So there was this young girl named Jessica at the brow bar. She absolutely did me right! I had no idea about anything and she got me cleaned up while also educating me on techniques and product! Truly, she was a blessing I needed! Thank you Jessica! read more

This review is purely for the salon. I called in for an appointment and Melita was able to see me within 30 minutes. Though the store was packed, I didn't have to wait for my appointment; just checked in at the salon and she was ready. I don't really know much about hair care or style, so I just mentioned I wanted it shoulder length and to frame my face nicely; other than that I was open to her suggestions. I appreciated her asking whether I preferred hot, warm, or cold water for shampoo and conditioner as I've had some experiences with scalding hot water before. There was a special going on that day, which was free glaze or gloss with the haircut but I mentioned I wasn't really interested and she didn't pressure me to get it or buy extra products. Blow dry and styling was also very comfortable (I've had experiences where the gal put the heat too long on the scalp and it burned). I found her very honest and attentive. When I checked out she also mentioned I was eligible for a first timer's discount which was a lovely surprise. All in all really appreciated her help and great hair cut. read more

Having moved from the East coast & not having access to stores like Sephora & high-end department stores, finding Ulta was a close runner up. They have a majority of the items I would buy in high end department stores (i.e. Nordstroms, etc.). They don't carry everything so I do still have to online shop, but for NARS, Benefit, Butter... this is where I go to re-stock. I would not recommend going here for eyebrow waxing unless you are not picky about shape. For me have the perfect brow is absolutely essential & they were just not up to par. Product selection for this area is why I rate them 4 out of 5. Services are why I don't give them a perfect 5. read more

Had a hair appointment with Brandy I explained what I wanted and why I had left my current hair sytlest of over 20 years for a more hip establishement. I wonder if the girl even listened to what I wanted. I left with a $120 bill and my hair being the same color as when I walked in. I will never walk through those doors again, its a joke. read more

Normally I wouldn't post a review if I had a bad experience around this time of year because, well duh. But I had to say something about this, because I was appalled. I walked in with my daughter and was greeted, and immediately went to the benefit area. I was on a mission as I was with my one year old, and was picking up one last present for my mother. One of the girls working at the benefit counter asked me if I needed any help, and I replied "no, I'm good thanks." She then walked over to her co-worked and mumbled under her breath and they both looked at me and laughed. I can only imagine the lovely comment about me she made. As I was running errands, I had zero makeup on, maybe a swipe of mascara, but I have a comment to return to this girl, little do you know I'm actually a professional makeup artist and would school you when it comes to makeup application. Your horribly blended eyeshadow and bad contour aside, You have a lot to learn about the industry. You never insult a customer, especially a mom who is clearly overtired. There's a reason no one is at your counter. Check yourself. You are in the service industry and all you're serving is bad attitude. read more

Elsa the salon manager did a Kerastraight treatment on my daughter this afternoon. She was looking up in a book how to do it when my daughter arrived...should have been clue #1 to get out of there. This treatment has only taken 2 hrs tops in the past with other stylists today it took more than 3 1/2 hrs. She used way more product that has ever been used before and my daughters hair is shorter than it has been in the past. After leaving my daughter had to wash the product off the frame of her face, and also noticed clumps of it still in her hair. She can not wash her hair for 3 days or she will ruin the rest of it...very disappointing. We were way overcharged for this because of the extra product that was used. The store manager did work with us on reducing the price to something more agreeable since we had to pay anything. My daughter very much so misses Brandi who has done her hair for the past year, but will never return for Elsa. read more

So this store is run pretty badly. They have many workers yet only one working counter and long lines. One lady was stocking and could see the line but ignored it. So I have actually found I can buy same stuff on Amazon for much less, unless ultra Is having a great sale. I had my brow appt. And brow lady was off helping other customers when my appt was over 20 min late I just walked out. Seriously I know you want them to push sales, but an appt should come first. Not happy with this store. And the staff is not as outgoing and nice as other ultras. read more
